I went to 3 other local shops for a quote and no one took care of me the way Freer did. Called the insurance of the person who hit me to get me answers, helped adjust my bumper before I left their lot to make it a bit better for me to drive (without me even asking, might I add). They used Carwise which texted me updates on timeline and estimates. Called me and coordinated with insurance/rental car like no other. My repair ended up taking about a week longer than expected. More damage was found but it was clearly communicated to me that it was possible, and they gave me an update each step. They even had an after hours pick up which worked perfect for my schedule. Left me a card and a beautiful rose (such as kind touch). My car was clean and shiny on the outside (sad it won't last long due to all the snow and salt) with the inside vacuumed and smelling great! Truly can't recommend Freer enough. Kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly excellent service. I will trust Freer with all auto body repairs going forward!

Just an oil change. I look at the report and there are items checked about dash lights being on. Lights that weren't on when I brought the car in. My partner's brake pads and rotors were sounding awful after a long drive from Kansas yesterday. He…read moreneeded them fixed asap so we can get back on the road. This place was open, available. He explained his brake situation to them. They got right on it. The mechanic got in the car and said, "a stick shift! Cool!" He is still working on the car as I type this, doing a good job. He checked both front brakes too and said they are fine. The employees are smart and kind. They have a restroom for the public. It needs a professional cleaning. It's bad. Not horrendous, but definitely bad. It also needs a hook for a woman to hang her purse. Downsides to this business - easily fixable by the owner once they read my review: Public restroom needs a thorough cleaning and at least weekly upkeep cleaning. It also needs a hook for a woman to hang her handbag. The left side of the building needs some benches in addition to the one in front. The sun is burning my feet as I wait and there is very little shade outside. Also, inside the building is hot. There is a fan there, but there really isn't air flow. It's a nice day today & windy, but you can't feel it inside while waiting. So I am opting to sit on the street next to the building in the shade.
