Instead of signing in literally with a pen, you just use the PC at the front. This then sends a message back to your nurse! It also links up with your Facebook page and will display your picture (if you authorize them). The back office when I went in had a massage chair too!! Very cool! They were aware of their situation, knew he was closing down and continued to take money from patients. They provided minimal information about follow after closing down. I have two children with braces going thru their office. One paid off and one was just was put in a few months before the shutdown and was almost fully paid. They have not responded to my messages (email, phone calls, text). I paid over $10,000 with $5,000 for only 3 months of service on the braces that was installed September 2019. All he did was put the braces. Now I'm left hanging and would have to pay over $5000 to another Orthodontic to complete the process. They conveniently filled bankruptcy for himself and the business. I would NOT recommend him for anyone. Go elsewhere and do business with an honest ethical dentist. I should have investigated him further before trusting him with my money. This is not his first time of abruptly leaving a business. I never write reviews, but I figured Ithis could help future patients/ clients. Google him further. Thank you.

My sons teeth were straightened and less than 2.5 years after they were done his teeth are worse than before we started. I went back and they want to start over again for more $. If your child is under the age of 15 do not listen to them about braces. It is a waste of money and a hardship on your kids. Wait till they are done growing. We are using smile direct now because of the drastically cheaper price for the same thing as Invisalign. Scott H

Make sure that you communicate with the O'Grady practice about treatment progress. My teen was not compliant with elastics. This is out of character for my progeny as normally they are very responsible and conscientious. Treatment was ended without all the problems having been corrected. I did not know this was the case until I found paperwork in my kid's car. I would rather forgo a coffee bar and have better communication. Should have stuck with the other practice in Kentwood. Whether truth or facade it seemed like I was more than a wallet to them.
