I felt like the things I was asking for to make the experience more manageable wasn't hard but several other dentists treated me like I just needed to get over my fear rather than helping me overcome it. This is the first time I left a dental office feeling confident and comfortable about scheduling my follow up appointment. His receptionists and hygienists are kind, gentle, and friendly. They eased me back into cleanings and helped me overcome my fear of the dentist. Although the dentist still isn't "fun", they make it completely tolerable. They offer me a warm neck pillow, a paraffin wax, and choice of TV channel to watch. They even offer to clean your jewelry!
