Everyone was really nice, did not treat me like an idiot, and understood my slight panic of not being able to connect to the internet. They freely shared some great advice on virus and malware protection. And they took my computer in promising to get to it ASAP and, while they could not promise same day, they would try. This was about noon. By 5:30 they had it all cleaned up - inside and out. And it is so fast - I had forgotten how fast my laptop was/is. I cannot recommend them enough - and if you are a ways out and wondering if they are worth the drive, the answer is yes.

Also, this story kind of shows who they are: The 10 year old kid next door had a problem with his tablet, and he decided he was going to get it fixed on his own, so he rode his bike down to Summit. They fixed whatever the problem was while he waited and then let him have it for no charge! He had brought money intending to pay for any repair, but they decided to bless the kid. Good people!

Chris said he'd have the key cut and programmed in 30-45 minutes and would call when it was ready. He never called, so I reached out myself--only to learn that he couldn't program the fob and had actually cut the key incorrectly, making it unusable. After telling me this, he just moved on to another customer as if my needs had been sufficiently met. Were it not for Ed, a more experienced associate, I would have effectively been stranded 30 minutes from home. But Ed stepped in and charged my battery, got me a working key so I could get home, and later gave me a discount when I had to return for a properly cut fob. Ed was excellent and really saved the day, but because of Chris' mistakes and lack of follow-through, I can only give this location 2 stars.

She was so energetic , pleasant and totally awesome with the service she provided us. Many years ago Staples use to be very welcoming and helpful and for some reason whether new management or staff I don't know what happened but it just always seemed like a mediocre response to customers. Jessica made sure we knew about the extra rewards we could earn as a regular staples rewards customer. She price matched our item with what was online to save me money. By the time we walked out of the store all I could say was WOW where did they find her at. Thank you Jessica for being so awesome and helpful and you made my day. Unfortunately, the hard drive was not salvageable, but Nate gave me additional options for possible retrieval. I did have them install a new SSD to replace the old disc drive.
