Short version: Had my car tinted by iPro in 2025. One year later, the film begins to peel. I…read morereached out to iPro with the warranty card, Cesar reads the messages then ghosts me. Reached out to the tint film manufacturer and they told me that the warranty card is invalid and iPro is not an authorized dealer of their films, and they did not obtain their films directly from them, so they are unable to assist. Now stuck with a peeling tint just after one year of usage. Long version: I had my car tinted by iPro in June of 2025. Then again for a different untinted window in May 2026. In June 2026, I began to notice the window tint installed in 2025 began delaminating/peeling from the window. This is on the rear glass. I rarely ever had passengers in the back and when I did, they are usually not messing with the windows for any reason. Car is kept in a garage so I am unsure why its peeling. Anyway I reached out to Cesar with the warranty card I received after the tint installation in 2025. iPro uses SunTek ceramic window tint films in their shop, and it is the one I had installed in my car. Cesar initially asked which part of the car was peeling, and I had provided him photos over text. After reading this, he began to ignore my communication over text and calls. After being ghosted by Cesar, I reached out to SunTek directly for assistance. Upon their investigation, they concluded that iPro is not an authorized dealer of SunTek films and the warranty card that I received from Cesar is invalid and not a real warranty card. They said since it is not a real warranty card, they are unable to assist any further. So now I am stuck with a peeling window tint just after 1 year of usage. I will be going to a different authorized dealer to get my windows re-tinted. While Cesar gave good prices for his tinting services, I would not recommend this place to others. I will be filing a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repairs.

After getting hit by something on the freeway I needed to to find someone quick to fix my…read morewindshield because the crack doubled overnight. I honestly thought I was contacting a different business I had used last year but am glad I found Top Notch Auto. I was a little weary at first since the location said it was an auto sales place and I was asked to leave my keys in the mailbox and pick up my car 2-3 hours later. I decided to go with it. He gave me a really good quote and I was really surprised by how low it was. 2.5 hours after dropping it off I went to pick up my car and was very pleased with the work. Not only did he replace my windshield but he also checked the engine light that had came up and told me what was wrong with it. He also said he checked the oil and rotated the tires. This company went above and beyond. He was very nice and very affordable. I hope not to need another window replacement anytime soon but I will definitely use them again if I do.

SCAM ALERT - Bait and Switch Operation…read more I called "Top Notch Auto Glass" and spoke with Jason, who quoted me $325 for OEM glass with new glue and trim, saying it would take 40 minutes and included a lifetime warranty. He also offered a discount if I paid via Zelle, Venmo, or Apple Pay--"No tax if you pay that way." When I showed up, there was no auto glass shop--just a used car lot called "Top Notch Auto Sales." I asked the woman at the desk if this was the right place, and she said, "We can do windshields." After calling Jason, she told me, "I can take you to the place we normally get our windshields done for our cars on the lot. Jason said to send him the money." I was uncomfortable paying before the work, but I did it anyway. She drove me to Low Price Auto Glass, a totally different shop. After the install, they told me Jason would send the receipt. I never got it. When I noticed the brand on the glass said "Benson" (an aftermarket brand), I called Jason and asked why it wasn't OEM like he promised. He got defensive: "I told you I was going to give you the original glass, which it is. It's not going to have the Mazda logo. If you want that, that's like $1800." When I explained that Benson isn't an OEM brand for Mazda, he snapped: "What is Pilkington? How would you even know what brand Mazda uses?" I told him, "What's done is done--just send me the receipt." He said, "Well, you have the Venmo transaction," as if that was enough. Later, he called accusing me of writing a bad review: "Did you have someone write a bad review? I see here someone said there's wind noise and is not happy with the service." I had no idea what he was talking about--I just wanted the receipt. He promised it Monday (Today). It never came. Now, the glass has wind noise, a visible gap near the rearview mirror, and a loose sensor wire cover. I brought it back for inspection--they showed me a video of a soap leak test but wouldn't send it to me. Still no receipt. Jason stopped responding altogether. This business is shady, misrepresents itself, and fails to deliver what they promise. You're quoted one thing and handed off to another shop, with no documentation and poor-quality work. I've never dealt with anything this sketchy.
