I originally scheduled a Saturday appointment but I was able to reach out to him today and he was able to accommodate me earlier. Prices were competitive and I elected to do the ceramic and once I got there Miguel was welcoming and professional and was able to quickly start and his work was efficient and thorough. He left few goodies in the car and thanked me for stopping by. I appreciated him taking me in earlier on short notice and would definitely recommend anyone who is searching for good prices on tint. The owner's name is Tan and very helpful when it comes to tinting. He doesn't do alarm anymore since more future cars are more harder to wire. He doesn't tint the front windows. Only the back and the rear windows. THE REASON WHY HE DOES THAT, AND HE WILL EXPLAIN TOO IS BECAUSE IT IS ILLEGAL TO TINT WINDOWS ON THE DRIVER SIDE AND PASSENGER SIDE. If you come here for tinting, make appointments. He does sell blazers and jackets for about 30 bucks or so. Although he does have name brand such as Hugo Boss, Zegna, and some Versace and Banana Republic (Ask for Tom Nguyen if you are considering to buy). Tan also owns a supplement shop that is right next to US Alarm and Tinting, known as Herbal FX. Now i've used it for my restless legs and it has helped me very much. I have used the de-stressor to calm my headaches. There is more supplements treating more stuff. About 40 dollars per bottle of 50 capsules. A guy, Minh makes vinyl lettering, signs, and banners for a very low price. I have bought a banner for my scout troop. This family owned place is top quality and nothing like I have ever seen.

Please note that one day before my car wash, I wanted to confirm if he was going to arrive and his reply was "we'll be there". On the day he was supposed to arrive, I didn't receive any notifications or even what time to expect him, so I took the initiative to send him a message and ask if he and his team would still be arriving. His reply was that he was "backed up". I understand that someone is busy, but it was way past noon and if I didn't ask if his team was coming over, I was sure I wouldn't receive any notification from him that day. Also, he asked if we could rescheduled, which wasn't really possible for me at the time because I was relocating. (I contacted him at least 1.5 weeks prior to my relocation and even asked which day was best for him) and his last reply to me was "Let me see what I can arrange". I did not receive any follow up for more than a month and that's the reason I'm providing my feedback. (Obviously I did not wait a month and not get my car cleaned. I had my car cleaned a week later after assuming that I would never receive a reply.) Overall, I'm sure his team does a good job cleaning and detailing cars, but absolutely poor time management and customer service. I would've rather receive a "sorry, we're currently booked at the moment" and be on my way to look for another car washing facility rather than waste my time waiting on someone that was not going to arrive.
