I'm sort of a prosumer (meaning I watch a lot of YouTube on detailing, but would never do it myself lol), so I spent a heavy amount of time shopping and looking for a place that would let me choose what I wanted. At first, I was hesitant considering it was a new business with little reviews, but judging from his photos from Yelp, I could tell he was very detail oriented. So I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance, and he arrived a little late (he let me know ahead of time), but he went straight to work. Needless to say, I was happy with the results of my one-step polish and detailing on my S2000. While a vast majority of the swirl marks are gone, just a few deep scratches remained, but for a daily driver this is more than enough. Daniel is so easy to work with! He got back to me with a quote the same day and was responsive when I needed clarification. We set a date for him to come to my home for detail service. Unfortunately, he had a personal conflict which did not allow him to leave his home for the extended time it takes to detail so he asked if he could take my car to his home to do the work there (and leave his car here). Normally, I would be concerned with having a stranger take my car for obvious reasons, but Daniel has worked on 2 other cars in our family before and, as you can see, he has stunning reviews. There were no issues with him taking the car and returning it within the expected time frame. He is also sooo honest. Upon returning the car he let me know the windshield window was not up to his standards and that he would come by the next day to finish it. The vehicle is at the end of its lease and less than 3 years old so it wasn't filthy. I ended up only adding on a car wash and I am very happy with the end result! They even cleaned 3 spots of grease/dirt on the headliner and didnt charge me. The whole process took 3 hours but it was worth the wait.
