Warranty thru Lowes & Samsung Personally I've had no problems either time Lowes and Samsung sent them out. They came during the time, texted me when they were coming and fine service. The first time was during the first year so Samsung contracted them. Sean did a great job with the dryer and we're going good 2 years later. This time it was the washer & they were here within a week once the claim was settled with the warranty company. The washer was repaired very quickly by Chris and works fine now. The only problems I had were with the warranty company that contracts them but the actual repair company is great. Both Sean and Chris are kind and thorough. If anything, Sean remembered me when he checked out the washer! I can't speak to any other employees but if anything else happens I hope it's one of them. read more

if I could give negative stars, I would. came out to repair a dryer as a third party vendor for GE Appliance. The tech did not have any sign on his vehicle nor did he have on any clothes referring to the company or his name. He came with no parts nor any tools. He stated they would order the part and he would return with said part to repair. He has never been seen or heard from since. This visit was on 5/15/26. Here we are almost one month later. Dryer still not working and I cannot get anyone at this company to answer a phone or get a reply back. Are we still in business or is this a front for another type job??? Jon colquett came to my home 9/4 to check up on my refrigerator under warranty through assurant(lowes) he was short rude and gave little feedback. But did tell me it was my relay & inverter board. He was here for maybe 10 mins thank God because he was not a pleasant person. 9/5 I noticed my claim was closed called assurant and found out he had reported back that damage was due to infestation.!!! I have a home warranty plan with Asurion, and US Appliance Repairs has been dispatched EIGHT times over the course of five months to repair my dishwasher. After all that time, the dishwasher is still not fixed. Every visit felt like starting from scratch. Different technicians, no continuity, no real diagnosis, and no resolution. It has become painfully clear that their technicians are either poorly trained or completely unqualified to handle what should be a straightforward appliance repair. After five months of delays, repeated failures, and wasted time, I was forced to buy a replacement dishwasher just so my household could function. Today was the final straw. Their technician showed up and refused to work on the dishwasher because it was temporarily installed in my garage -- the only place it could be connected after months of waiting and having to replace the unit due to THEIR inability to fix the original problem. Instead of trying to help or offering any solution, they simply refused service and left. This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I've ever had. I have a new Fridge 1 yr old from Lowe's under warranty. This company was sent out to fix a screw on the handle that was not attached well. I had both screws . Needed them to attach the handle. 2 men came. Did nothing. Said they would have to order screws. I have the screws. They put in an order for the screws and never returned to attach the handle. We had to call Lowe's. They ordered the handle a the screws and we got it yesterday and attached myself. This is crazy. My opinion Lowe's should never send this company for any appliance repair. If I could give 0 stars I would... Assurant filed claim, first tech ordered wrong part. Second tech falsely claimed Infestation was the problem and warranty company confirmed that was incorrect and reopened claim. US appliance closed claim saying they will not come back out until I provide proof of extermination when one is not needed. So after going on 3 weeks with no oven, Assurant is providing reimbursement to another repair company if under 400 (parts alone cost more than that) or will refund purchase amount if over and I have to shop for another oven. I am so frustrated and stressed over not being able to cook for my family. The call center overseas is a joke and the repair men are a joke. They are just scamming warranty companies out of money for service calls at this point and leaving the poor consumers screwed. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR PURCHASE A WARRANTY THAT INVOLVES THIS COMPANY AS THE 3rd-PARTY PROVIDER FOR SERVICE. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AS FRAUDS. One star is given because I had to choose at least 1 in order to post. They do not deserve that 1 star. My 75 year old mother bought a washing machine from Lowe's and purchased the extended warranty. The washing machine quit working. It will not drain and will not spin. She called for service and was given the number for US Appliance Repair. It took almost 2 weeks for someone to be scheduled to come REPAIR the washing machine. The technician came to the house and called my mom from the drive-way telling her to take a picture of the machine and send it to him. When she questioned him, he said he did not need to come inside and diagnose or look at the machine because he knew what was wrong and was going to order parts. "Why was this not done when I originally called 2 weeks ago? I'm going to call and speak with a supervisor about this.", she replied. He told her he would come in at that point. He came in, took a picture, told her he had been doing this for years and knew what was wrong and would order parts before he pulled out of the drive-way and promptly left. Mom called the next day and asked for a supervisor but was refused. She was told there were no supervisors there or available. Ever. She was told the parts SHOULD be ordered within the week. Mom stated the technician was supposed to order before leaving. He did not. 1 week later, parts had still not been ordered. Approximately 2 weeks later, Mom gets a call that the parts are in and someone will come fix the machine. I take off work to be there. 2 guys drive up in a Mercedes to fix the machine. They replace 2 of the parts that were ordered but said the previous guy ordered the wrong control panel and it would have to be reordered. They said the machine will PROBABLY still work and that they had started a cycle and to call if the machine does not work. They ran out. They knew it wouldn't work. I was given the guy's cell number to call. Before they were out of the drive-way, the machine shut off and quit working. I opened the door and water poured out all over the floor. I immediately called and was told to restart the machine. I explained it was full of water and still not working. I was told again to restart the machine. I did. Same thing but with even more water which spilled everywhere. Guy would not come back and said he would expedite shipping for the correct control panel. I called the next day and was told the new part had not been ordered and it would be ordered HOPEFULLY WITHIN THE WEEK. I explained the machine was full of water and it was going to smell horrible and was told, "we understand. It should be ordered within the week." Again, refused a supervisor. The next week the 3rd person came out to repair the machine. He is the 1st person to actually run a diagnostic test on the machine. We were told parts would need to be ordered. Almost a week later, parts are in and a technician was scheduled to come out yesterday. That technician never showed up. It has been well over a month, 3 technicians and 4 service calls, 4 times we have had to miss work and the machine is still not fixed. I'm calling the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau to file complaints. This is abhorrent to treat customers this way. I will ensure Lowe's is aware and that they need to find a new company. I will make it my mission to shut this place down, even if that includes a lawsuit. Also, the owner keeps replying to responses about how sorry they are and to contact them directly at an 800-number. Well, that's a huge part of the problem. That number is answered by morons who refuse to help or let you speak to someone who can help. read more

We had an absolutely terrible experience with US Appliance Repair, which was sent by Samsung to perform a sealed system repair on our smart fridge. The technician was completely unqualified and, during his repair attempt, set plastic inside our fridge on fire. This fire released thick soot, which spread through our home and contaminated our HVAC system, causing thousands of dollars in damage. Our security cameras recorded the entire incident, including the multiple fire alarms triggered by the soot. Despite this clear evidence, US Appliance Repair has refused to take responsibility, and Samsung has done nothing to hold them accountable. I paid for a warranty service through Allstate Squaretrade from Home Depot and they set me up with US Appliance Fix to fix my dryer and they were supposed to come today between 8a-12p and they never showed up. I called and they told me they moved me to Saturday and that they called me. I NEVER received a call, text, email NOTHING. I took the day off from work to be at the house to have the repair done and it was a waste of my day and now they are wasting my Saturday. I begged the rep to give me the first appt at 8am and was told they don't do that. I had to call them to confirm they were coming and was on hold for 15 minutes before the rude customer service representative came on the phone and told me the tech was sick and he lied and said he called me to tell me. I asked for another tech and he said no, Saturday is the new appointment. He was rude, nasty, unapologetic. He also told me he was sending a confirmation text to me and to a second number and NEVER SENT EITHER ONE. I had a similar issue last year with this company and SquareTrade gave them to me AGAIN. They are unreliable and nasty. I asked for a manger or supervisor to call me and I've yet to receive a call. Of course, we were traveling and since they didn't attempt to earnestly come-by, or gain entry to the secure condominium, and since my wife didn't call them back, instead they came and took a pic of the bldg., and that was supposed to suffice for their attempted service call. 3rd Uodate: They eventually came and tried their best to repair. I used them on another warranted appliance x2years ago and they did fine. They just need to right-the-ship, and reorganize their CS experience, bc although when you interact/w personnel, they are nice, it's more like they "don't know how to do proper CS business". I too would give zero stars if I could... the only thing that saved my experience was that the Leadership Team of the manufacturer were my past clients for training and I was able to reach out directly to the Director of Field Services who got things handled for me immediately. These were notes about the issues with fridge: I contacted service again on June 11, 2024 said they could not have a technician come out until June 20, 2024. June 20, 2024, the technician did not arrive until after 5P ET, stayed approximately 10 minutes and said that it was the compressor. He said he needed to order parts and come back. He also said that he would only be able to do the repair on a Saturday or Sunday because of the time it would take. I was hoping for the best and unfortunately it has not worked out. The repair was finished July 3 and the freezer still isn't cooling properly nor the ice freezing from the ice maker. We reached back out to US Appliance and they were less than helpful, advising we need to pay them again and directly to have the technician return to assess why his repair is not working. Basically the worst service ever and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone read more

I purchased a stackable washer and dryer. There were issues with the dryer immediately. I contacted the Company and they sent a repair person. imagine this; They send them to the wrong address, no other appointment for a week. Come out have to order a part. A week later install the part. that same day, have to order another part. A week later that part is installed. My tenant test it out. Dryer is making a rumbling sound. something needs to be adjusted. A week later sent repair person to wrong address. No appointments for another week. I had to get the higher ups at the cooperation of the appliance to intervein. Justin was my service rep. First many like me need to understand there is a difference in customer service between manufacturers who hold warranty and these repair techs. The techs work for a company that is contracted by manufacturers. So my issues are with warranty company and poor/confusing customer service. Justin kept me updated as his day progressed and met each time window he committed to. He came in with a part to replace regardless due to known computer glitch in my Samsung Top Load washing machine. He was very knowledgeable and not only fixed issue but gave me some tips and tricks on how to use and preserve life of washer. Very courteous and polite.
