There's a lot of space for them to ride their scooters; the playground itself is big and beautiful with multiple slides and great flower theming. The best part, though, is the ant hill that they build into the park. My kids love it because it is a literal hill that you use cardboard boxes to slide down. This was the highlight for them, and they spent most of their time just sliding down and having a blast with cardboard boxes. I live in North Hollywood, so this was a drive, but it was worth it so that my kids could have a blast, which they did. This park is at the top of our list!

Three or four deputies came to the accident site and started drawing lines marking my vehicles location as well as the other drivers cars location. Then they proceed by taking pictures and interviewing witnesses. While all this was happening, a female deputies was chatting with the other party's father and I could hear them laughing. I'm not sure what kind of relationship they had but she wrote the report to their favor. When I called to see if the report was ready, I was told that I had to call back because the report was not done. I had hired an attorney and much to my surprise, we found out that The other party had the report when I called to see if the report was ready. Finally, after getting the report I was shocked to read that since there were no pictures and no witnesses, they were not able to determine who was at fault. These deputies are good in writing tickets to get promoted. They don't deserve the money that they get paid by our tax dollars.

Especially on this hot sunny day, it was nice to stand underneath the tree and try to cool down before running more errands. I've been here a couple of times to drop off a few packages for a rescue I volunteer for. Because I print the labels online, I use their self serve kiosk to scan in the packages then drop them off at the secure turnstile in the wall. It was easy to find parking as they have a large parking lot. I noticed they also have collection mail boxes that you can drive up to however they were locked. I wasn't sure of the reason since it was still early afternoon during business hours. That was the only downside of my current visit.

The girl at the reception spoke English and Russian, which is also nice and very useful, especially when some people don't know English, fortunately I speak it, thank you. Special thanks to the black woman at the reception, she is very positive, helpful and hardworking, she helped me solve my situation, she went to one place then to another and at the same time helped other people, great respect to such employees. Also, the medical worker who accepted the papers was brief and polite, asked all the questions to the point and explained everything simply and clearly. I shipped TWO items at $14.99 each- total value $29.98. Their software printed out copy of the customs form listed the total value as $59.96- because they input into their software incorrectly and it multiplied my total value of all items by the total NUMBER of all items AGAIN! ($29.98 x2) Just like my May package that ended up costing $73 in VAT even tho it was a gift under the £50 limit (6 items / $40 declared value by me- these idiots put $240 total value on their printed form cuz 6x40 ) This time I caught them and confronted the manager.
