They were horrible an incompetent the whole way through. They made me feel like a bad person for wanting things like the floor leveled first because it wasn't ready for tile and even I knew that. Initially, they brought over this really mismatched rainbow slate I wasn't expecting that was crumbling apart and most of the tiles were broken...had to wait for normal color slate for weeks longer...what a pain and so rude.
