The purchase for this door was made easy by Romeo. He answered all of my questions (in detail) and was a pleasure to deal with. Door was expensive, but better priced than others. The shipping times got slipped a couple of times, and then the shipper told US Doors & More the wrong delivery date because of a holiday, so would have had to wait an additional week because trucking company only delivers once a week out in the country where it was going to be delivered. Can't hold US Doors and More responsible for that since it was really the shipping company's fault. Overall, the door was packed real well and I would use them again. The price for the 2 fiberglass Neuma doors cannot be beaten, the quality is excellent, I bought the doors unstained because I can do that myself. Shipped by XPO logistics they did a perfect job and the doors arrived on time, driver was fantastic. My only gripe is that production of my doors kept being delayed, either doornmore or Neuma were obviously slipping my order back to take care of bigger customers first, so order well in advance of your project. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! This company has faulty defective products, and they do not stand behind any product warranty. Which seems to be a common practice of theirs after reading through multiple negative reviews. The doors look great in pictures but the build quality is horrendous! I spent $10,800 on a solid mahogany pivot door, only for it to separate and crack months after having it! The first door they replaced , and made me pay $900 in shipping cost for the replacement. After receiving the second door, IT DID THE EXACT SAME THING!!!!! And now that I'm asking for a discount, since I do not want to have to pay for another faulty door, they simply deny the claim as to "not sufficient over hang coverage." Mind you the first door was never even installed and started to separate in my garage.... Bogus company, cheaply manufactured products made to look good in pictures. We ordered a door with a speakeasy, straps and clavos, with the antique finish. We talked to the sales rep for over an hour on the phone, showed him the website photo we were looking at to be sure we were getting what we wanted and were assured the door would look like that. It doesn't. The straps were left off completely, The antiquing was not done because it got entered as "Traditional finish" not "Antique finish," and the photo door has fancy molding around the speakeasy window but we got a flat piece of plastic. We are told "Because it is hand made, there are variations," apparently like just leaving parts off. read more

Buyer beware! US Door and More won't stand behind damaged products. I purchased a $2400 door from US Door and More. When it was delivered, it was packaged well with no signs of damage. We installed and painted it. After painting, the opaque plastic protective film was removed from the glass and there was a huge, deep scratch down the glass. A claim was filed and they refused to provide any resolution. Candice, their complaint manager couldn't have cared less. There are a lot of good door manufacturers. My advice is to look elsewhere if you want the company to stand behind damaged products. I'd pass on US Door and More. read more

Ordered a 7000.00+ quadruple patio door back in may. Priced seemed like a good price. Order came damaged and I sent back damaged part of order with carrier and put in claim for replacement. 7 months later with limited amount of communication I get a email saying door will be shipping soon with tentative shipping date. Then on Nov 1 st I get a call from carrier to deliver. I asked for item to be delivered to same adress as original order. I was told that they will have to check and get back to me. Never heard back. I then send a email to company asking where my shipment is and letting them know that this has been a way too long hoping they can compensate me in some way. I then get a email stating that I owe them 1600.00 dollars in order to deliver my replacement part. I was completely confused on how I owed money on a replacement part that originally became damaged. The owner Shayan refuses to deliver my replacement part at this time until i give him more money. I now have a 7,000.00 door still in delivered package that is useless to me and my customer. I later find out from shipping company that Shayan denied the delivery to original adress and had my shipment sent back to him. This i was unaware of until I personally called the shipping company myself. He wants me to now pay for his mistakes in Order to receive a damaged item that I already paid in full. Purchased 2 doors, one framed the other a slab. The good: Their website is well designed and generally easy to find and configure your doors. Prices are fair. Doors were well packed and shipped promptly. Phone customer service is outstanding, I made several calls to make sure I was ordering correctly, and every agent was knowledgeable, patient and friendly The less than good: The assembly screws for the top of the door frame were pre-installed in the frame header, yet the screw holes for the side boards were not pre-drilled. Also the heads of the included hinge screws were too large to properly seat into the hinges, thus when I tried to close the door the screw heads interfered with each other. I tried to purchase a double door through this company. The price online was listed at $581. When I called online, I offered to come pick up my purchase myself as the delivery was $283-$900 range depending on delivery service I selected. They then told me that they had to add $100 processing fee because the minimum order was $750. I asked what the processing fee handles as it was another $75 to package my doors properly. Otherwise I would just pick up glass doors with nothing on them. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Daniela said no, its a policy that will not be waived. Communication is terrible, promises aren't kept. Delivered product was defective and their only solution was for me to return it, delaying my project even more. The door took 12 weeks instead of the promised 6 and I had to continuously contact them or updates. Finally installed the the door and I noticed it was hinge sprung. The door was hung by them in such a way that it was literally hitting the door stop, which made it spring open automatically. This also caused the paint on the door (which I paid extra for them to paint) to chip where the door was hitting the door stop. I was able to fix this by filling the hinge holes with dowels and moving the hinges back 1/8 of an inch (basically the door was too think for the jamb they used and they obviously didn't test it before they sent it to me). Since I was able to fix the door, it works perfect. I emailed them asking for a partial refund since I it delayed my entire project. They reviewed my complaint but wouldn't even acknowledge my concerns. They told me only option was to return the door, which doesn't help me at all. Wouldn't do business with them again, I recommend you find another supplier. read more

Placed order for a mahogany full lite door on 16 July 2019 with 2-4 week lead time. We did make some customization to the order but still expected arrival within 4 weeks. Upon placing the order discovered a $300 freight shipping charge which was not mentioned anywhere except the final purchase screen, despite reservations about the lack of transparency I still placed the order. We received an email notifying us of tentative ship date 19 August 2019 which was ~4 weeks from order, not great for our construction timeline but not too bad. The warehouse is in LA and should not have been a long trip. On 22 August 2019 received a (poorly worded) email indicating that the manufacturer had "quality issues" with the glass insert and, to quote the email: "They are expecting the grass [sic] by the second week of Sep - then they can fulfill the order and send it out." So another 2 week delay. 06 September 2019 get a shipping notification, arrival on Monday the 9th. Great! Finally. To be fair to Door & More the following issues relate to the shipper, but since they use this shipper I still take issue with it. Monday rolls around and nothing happens. No update on the tracking information, no notification of delay. That lasts until the 16th when I get a phone call to schedule delivery from UPS Freight. We've now added another 10 days to the lead time for this door. I could have ordered one from Lowe's in less time. We have to schedule the delivery 3 times because the first time the person scheduling didn't save the delivery time in the system and the second time truck was full and departed without anyone noticing our order wasn't on it. When it arrived (very late in the day on a Friday) it was damaged, pretty badly. Apparently another pallet had tipped and fallen on it, cracking the door frame significantly. Also once we'd opened the packaging the door appeared pink! It was a faux mahogany texture in fiberglass without coloration. In addition, the metal grill in the glass insert had a bubbled texture and grey color instead of the solid, flat black I expected from the website. I was so disgusted and frustrated with it that I rejected the shipment and requested a full refund. Given the huge delay (we're supposed to move into the house in 3 weeks), the disappointing reality of the door, and the fact that our contractor had already pulled off the old door and frame anticipating the arrival of this door, we had to buy a different door locally. In summary: (1) don't trust the website photos, (2) don't expect high quality, (3) expect good email communication from the original vendor (although you'll need to read it a few times to understand it), (4) do NOT trust the freight shippers, (5) if you need a door, any door, just buy it at your local home improvement store. read more

Another surprise: The lock provided with the door was for a 1-3/4" thick door, but the door ordered and shipped was 2-1/4" thick so the locking mechanisms aren't long enough. After more delays and research have to now order a $65 conversion kit from the lock manufacturer. Will see if US Door and More will reimburse and report back. In response to the company's comment about sending the correct threshold size, each customer should ask themselves "If the sill/threshold is SHORTER than the jamb, and doesn't protrude past the jamb, where will the water drain to." That's right, it'll drain directly to the subfloor under the door and under the jamb. That's why sills/thresholds must be greater in length than the jamb. read more

One of the sidelights arrived cracked and broken and absolutely cannot be installed. I called the company and they refused to speak with me about the issue over the phone. They instructed me to fill out a claim form online and were otherwise completely unhelpful regarding next steps. After I submitted the form, I realized a second issue. US Doors & More also sent me a bronze threshold for the doors (consistent with our order) but sidelights that have silver thresholds. In other words, even if the product did not arrive damaged, we still could not install it today (my entire crew is here and ready!) because they sent non-matching thresholds. All this after a 10+ week wait time. Sloppy, incompetent, and poor customer service are a few words and phrases I would use to describe this company. Do yourself a favor and find another door company to do business with. read more

Nice looking doors. Shipped on time but took a good 8 weeks to get. Well packaged, package wasn't damaged in any way yet one of the doors did have a ding on it. They weren't easy to deal with on this issue and on exchanging some accessories that we incorrectly ordered but they eventually did the right thing. Then after the doors were installed our builder found the thresholds were only wide enough for the jamb BUT not wide enough to overlap the siding like it's supposed to, as a result the County inspector failed the installations. The Doors & More website offered no choices for threshold widths and offered no extensions either. When brought to their attention they said "that's the way we sell them, if you need a wider threshold buy an extension". AGAIN no threshold extensions on their website. Wild goose chase ensued trying to determine who made their threshold and where to get the extensions. Took all day and about 30 phone calls. The threshold manufacturer did not have extensions in stock, luckily one of their Distributors did. 2 weeks and $80 later the doors passed inspection. Overall a painful experience NEVER TO BE REPEATED. read more

I would give zero stars if that was an option. To explain I am 25 year veteran in the trades. I preserved this door first few weeks of November. Sent a check for 4K had to call them for updates. It was explained to me I would have a plan of the requested door to me with in 7 days. Waited 3 weeks only after I called did I receive drawing. Called several more time in the process to get updates. Ship date was given to me that changed twice. Finally received door mid February only to find scratches on the front of the door because of the 300lbs 42" door was laid on top of another door (throwaway door for shipping) separated by a thin sheet for plastic with the side light and trim parts on top of that. As soon as I discovered this I called and followed their claims process. In which they gave me 2 option wipe the scratches off with water or send the door back. Water...? As Biden would say " Come on MAN!" After it taking 3 months send gifts it back and waiting for who knows how long is not an option. This company does not stand behind it's work. I purchased an expensive front door, for which I paid an additional $1k to have stained by them. The door came - my mistake - I did not inspect the door. Our contractor installed it, then commented on what a horrible stain job. There are streaks, 'blank' areas, and the entire door and sidelights should've been sanded for smoothness before applying the top clear coat. It really is a very poor job. I filed a defect - based on the pictures I sent, Doors & More agreed it is defective. All I need to do is uninstall the door/sidelights and send it back, then they'll do it right, send it back to me, and all I have to do is re-install the door/sidelights. Absolutely crazy. I agree - should've inspected that door and sent it back right away. Big mistake on my part, but I would expect a company to stand behind it's product and the work done by it's employees. read more

Bought a painted, pre-hung patio door set. Built the frame and hung the door, but the doors did not fit (they bumped before closing, and one door was noticeably higher than the other in the frame. But, door frames flex, and anyone who has installed heavy patio door sets knows you cannot get a 1x door frame 100% square or stiff enough to truly verify fit without securing it to something (i.e the rough opening). So, we hoped it would all line up better once installed. So we installed the door (square, plumb, and level), but the issue persisted. So I took some pictures and made a claim on the website. As we waited on a response to the claim with a gaping hole in our home, we considered the possible outcomes. Based on the company's claim form, those options seemed to be 1) send the door back, 2) arrange a local pro to come fix it, 3) get a partial refund. Options 1 and 2 made no sense. I was installing the door (like all the other doors in my house) and we were not interested in waiting weeks on a return/replacement process. Of course, we would appreciate a partial refund, but regardless, there did not seem like there was any good reason to not proceed with the project. So, I trimmed the door, re-positioned and re-mortised the hinges, repainted the door, and finished the project. When they got back to us about the claim, they gave us two options: 1) ship the door back so they could determine if it was defective, or 2) send us a new top and bottom plate for the frame. Of course, those options were ridiculous. They knew from the pictures that the door was already installed. I told them that those options were unacceptable and requested a $325 refund (that is half of what we paid to have the door hung and painted). Then we got a call from Door N More to discuss the matter. Their representative basically said that 1) because we altered the door, they could not verify that it was defective, 2) anybody could claim that a door was defective and request a refund, and 3) that I probably did something wrong to make it not fit. While 1 and 2 are true, and 3 is certainly within the realm of possibility, I am not used to being treated like an inept scammer when I have a customer service issue. The called ended with the representative requesting that I request a smaller refund, and they would consider it. So, you may get a good product from this company. They seem to have a reasonable number of positive reviews. . If however, there is an issue with your order, don't expect them to care or go beyond the absolute minimum effort to make it right. Meanwhile, as you spend your time and even more of your money to fix their mistakes, expect to be treated like a con artist for requesting some kind of restitution. read more

One of the doors came in damaged, however after discussions with Customer Service they sent me an Email with a resolution of a replacement door that was satisfactory. They also followed up on the email with a phone call to make sure the issue was resolved. As with most purchases, there is always possibility of problems, it just depends on how the Seller responds. My only complaint/ comment is directed toward the advise I was given which was to make the finished opening the size of the door ordered ( in my case, 96x36) and that the manufacturer then makes the compensations to make door fit that opening.
