Found all I needed here! Lots of syrups to be had for coffees, energy drinks and fancy water drinks. I bought the 18 pack of golden eggs(just kidding- we all know there's a shortage right now). Everything was clean in the store and I love I don't need to lug the huge cart around! Those little carts are amazing. Check out was a breeze and all of the guys working were happy and helpful. Yikes! I used to shop here in the old days but haven't been here in years. I was looking for Zenner sausage (a fourth generation local brand) and took a chance. Not only did they have it but in large packages(of course) and four flavors. So, of course I took a look around. While it looked like the same in store arrangement, it was much more organized and stocked clearly in preparation for a busy day, especially in mixers and espresso flavoring and most importantly, eleven syrup flavors for snow cones and shave ice. It was a Friday morning, busy and all registers were open. The line moved quickly, even given the large orders. Not only that but the clerk was happy, friendly and efficient. What's not to like? Well, I could say the prices but very much in line with other large quantity retailers with no membership. read more

Watch the date on your meat you purchase!!!! They sell after the Sell By Dates and the Pork ribs stink like it is spoiled. This has happen multiple times in the past 6 months. Not with the time and gas to return the items as this was for an immediate grilling. What happen to the Quality of the old Cash and Carry, US CHEF'STORE seems to have poor meat quality at times. Oooh, this place is downright ghetto! You grab a push cart, head in, and start stocking up on 5 gallon tubs of Ranch Dressing, HUGE bags of chicken wings, and economy size packets of chips. I don't know if this kind of bulk buying saves you money, but if you are having a party you can get all your junk in one place. I'm sure they have non junk food stuff too, and I did see some freezer cases, but I was so overwhelmed by the larger than life velveeta block that I had to make a quick exit. It does have a decent selection of serving stuff, so if you need faux silver platters, plastic dishes that look somewhat like glassware, shot glasses, cake platters, this is a good place to get them. The prices were good. Get yourself a 10 lb bag of Funyuns while you are at it. You can get the faux crystal serving bowl at the same time. Partay in the hizouse! read more

It's Costco without the membership fee.. This place is mainly for business owners, but bulk shoppers can find some good deals in here also. Most of all there freezer food can be found cooked up in most of the food carts around here so if you want to skip the lines and cook it yourself here's the place.. I'm not saying all food trucks and restaurants use the pre made stuff but I have shopped here enough that,I can tell you who does ;) but hey who am i to care... Great prices selection can vary. I've been coming to this location since I opened my bakery in 2012. All the best ingredients for items I don't consider local. For local ingredients the Farmers Market is the best source but be expected to pay 3x what they're worth (trust me I know I used to sell my goods at Farmers Markets). This C&C is clean and well stocked. They have an enormous variety and great weekly specials. I enjoy receiving coupons in the mail and finding new products when I visit weekly sometimes twice a week. You get to know the high volume times as well as the low volume times. Honestly, there are days and times when you have the entire store to yourself or you're stuck in line way back behind all the folks who thinks this is CostCo. Drives me nuts. I loved this store even more back when you had to prove you had a small business and it was exclusive but those days have long since passed and for some strange reason keeps the conversation with the employees humorous. Every time I've picked up the wrong thing - wrong yeast - wrong cheese - whatever, they are totally cool with bringing it back and exchanging it. No questions asked which is more than I can say for most food stores. And plus they will actually start carrying an item if you request it which also a huge bonus (my beloved Shepherd's Grain Flour I could only find at Puratos in BFE). So if you need excellent customer service, a huge selection and don't mind the folks who go there to buy one single carton of eggs to hold up the line you are in for a treat. I know I am - I'll be heading over in about a half hour to get my weekly goods. read more

Great variety and selection of items that could work for a your small business/food truck or even a large family who doesn't want to pay for that Costco membership. I will NEVER go to this store again and suggest if you're considering shopping here to think twice. The customer service on a scale from 1 - 10 is a ZERO!!!!! The people are rude and unhelpful. Especially Nicole, the checker. She doesn't listen and when asked to correct an error on her part she snaps and responds in a curt manner that makes you feel like you're the one that screwed up! Condescending! The produce shelves are messy and frequently have old product. The snack isle is also very unorganized and I feel like I have to weed through all the boxes to get to what I need. These are but a few of the irritations that I have experienced. I suggested to my sister to shop at Cash and Carry, and boy was that a mistake!!!!! My sister has also experienced poor service from the manager Chuck. On numerous occasions, he was approached to donate to the Oregon food bank for a charity event and each time he would answer as if it was an inconvenience to his day. Or not return a phone call at all for that matter! How he is in a manager position baffles me! He belongs at 711 I am so embarrassed that I referred my sister to this store. I frequently use the Aloha location and they run NASCAR laps around the Clackamas store. The service at Aloha is OUTSTANDING. The manager Jason is always friendly and its obvious that his staff, Joey, Chris, Mike and Ray (I might have missed a few) lead by example. Not so at Clackamas. You're better off making the drive out to Aloha or going to your nearest Winco for savings. read more
