Since then, we've had numerous delivery men push our driveway gate open to deliver packages, ignoring our delivery instructions. This has left a gap in the door. The last delivery driver that did this was from Amazon. I filed a claim with Amazon, and I immediately called US Ironwork. They came out, assessed the damage, and gave me a reasonable quote. When they fixed the gate, they did it fast and efficiently. I also inquired about a fix to keep them from pushing the gate inward in the future. Their bid was considerably lower than others I contacted, but they did not skimp on anything. First, the gates & fencing are beautiful and of highest quality. They worked with me to get the colors right for the steel frame and wood inserts. The best! I absolutely hate working with contractors. I've had one bad experience after the other. I hired a general contractor to build a fence around my property. He declared the job complete even though the pedestrian entrance was missing a lock. I had already paid an arm and a leg for the fence, and he wanted me to pay more to complete the job. Nope!!! I hired my locksmith to install the lock that I wanted, but he had to cut into the vinyl leaving raw edges. I needed a frame around the lock to make it look good. After seeing the five star reviews for US Ironwork and seeing that they tackle small and big jobs, I contacted them. Tony is sooooo nice, sincere, and very responsive. What started as a random call to some business on Craigslist for a price turned into a fantastic find.  We needed to replace our staircase (curved) and started on the journey looking for a contractor.  Antonio answered texts and came to an appointment as promised.  The price quoted was fair, and the job was done amazingly.
