The company under this new upper management only cares about collecting their payments, not about quality work and customer service. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND BE HAPPY WITH YOUR KITCHEN!!! I contracted with them to reface my kitchen, and I have the following issues: * The cabinets do not match the bases. They even agreed with me and asked me for a paint bid, but then decided that they do match. * The laminate on the bases is already delaminating and it hasn't been a year, in some cases hasn't even been a month * Poor quality parts were knowingly used for warranty work, which resulted in them telling me they would need to come back before they ever even finished. At this point, I think the poor quality workmanship and use of broken materials is intentional. Additionally, they make it very difficult to get work done in the afternoon, as they state they only work until noon. See attached: Statement of information that details the change in management that took place January 2025 Screen Shot from CSLB License Board detailing that their license (639021) is subject to cancellation if a new qualifying person is not replaced by 4/2/25. Screen shots of emails for them requesting a paint bid and then stating that everything matches. Text messages with the now CEO and CFO detailing that installers only work 5 am to noon. Picture of the mismatch from the cabinet to the base with THEIR sample that also shows that the laminate doesn't go all the way to the top of the base. Picture of delaminating base.

I can't recommend Wholesale Cabinets highly enough! I originally planned to order my cabinets from…read moreanother company, but when my cabinet color wasn't available, I started searching and found Wholesale Cabinets. It ended up being one of the best decisions I made during my entire kitchen remodel. From the moment I walked in, Liad and Lily were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Liad came to my home to take measurements, offered thoughtful design suggestions, and several of his ideas became my favorite features in the finished kitchen. They guided me through multiple revisions without ever making me feel rushed and were always available to answer questions. They also recommended both my cabinet installer and countertop fabricator, and both were outstanding. Having trusted referrals made the entire remodeling process so much easier. Their pricing was fair and the personalized service, design expertise, and attention to detail were worth every penny. They transformed my small 1980's kitchen into a beautiful, functional space that feels so much larger and has truly become the heart of our home. It has added tremendous value to my house, and every time I walk into the kitchen, it makes me smile. If you're looking for a cabinet company that genuinely cares about the final result, I wholeheartedly recommend Wholesale Cabinets.

I really wanted to have a positive experience with this company because things started off well…read more The staff initially seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, things began to fall apart shortly before finalizing my cabinet order. My final renderings were never properly completed. One entire room was missing from the plans, and major updates that were requested - including switching from frameless to framed cabinets (which affects cabinet sizing) - were never reflected in the drawings. It became very difficult to get in touch with anyone to finalize the order or receive updated plans. Eventually I went into the store in person, where Liad offered to "fix and finalize" everything on the spot. He manually drew out the new layout and entered the order on his phone, assuring us he was taking care of everything. However, no formal layout, purchase order, item list, cabinet sizes, or updated renderings were ever provided. I was told we could rely on the existing renderings and that getting formal updates from the designers would take too long. After paying, we heard nothing until my contractor informed me that cabinet boxes were being delivered. The delivery arrived without any paperwork, purchase order, or layout for my contractor and cabinet installer to reference. Once installation began, we discovered multiple issues: missing items, incorrect cabinet sizes, missing panels, and accessories that were the wrong size. Trying to resolve these problems was extremely frustrating. It was again difficult to reach Liad until we went back into the store. He repeatedly asked us to provide a list of what needed to be fixed, but that was difficult because we were never given a purchase order or layout showing what was actually ordered. What stood out most was the change in demeanor. Conversations that were initially helpful became defensive and dismissive. At one point he even questioned whether our installers "knew what they were doing," and suggested modifying cabinets to make incorrectly sized accessories fit instead of addressing the ordering mistakes. At this point I have had to purchase replacement panels, shelves, and accessories out of pocket from another cabinet store just to keep the project moving. Both my contractor and cabinet installer -- as well as staff at the other cabinet supplier -- were shocked by the experience and confirmed that this is not how a cabinet ordering process should work. My advice if you choose to work with this company is to triple-check everything and get all documentation in writing before paying. Make sure you receive final drawings, a purchase order, item numbers, and cabinet dimensions. It's unfortunate to have such a stressful experience during what should be an exciting part of a home remodel. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. There are many other cabinet suppliers that provide clearer communication and proper documentation.

Manny helped us put together our appliance package, compare options, and make the most of the available promotions. We already had a few appliances in mind, but his guidance helped us finalize our selections and build out the order. Alison walked us through the financing and rewards options and made the purchasing process straightforward. She was also able to help us when we returned later to purchase additional items, which made everything much easier. Dan helped us sort through a wide range of sink, faucet, and accessory options. He took the time to answer our questions and helped us find the right fit for our kitchen. We were even able to get the faucet we wanted during a sale. He did the exact opposite. He jacked up the prices unbelievably and when we did need to return something, he made it impossible to return it saying that there was a 35% restocking fee and that we would need to pay for shipping to send it back. The item was a linear drain for the shower and he sold it to us for $1,000. I looked up the prices when we decided that it wouldn't work and most vendors sold the same linear drain for half the price. He never told us how difficult it is to work with glass tiles and how easily they shatter and crack. He never told us that we shouldn't use glass tiles in small spaces. We should have received a discount because we were working with a builder. We could have received a different discount because my husband is a veteran. We might have even been eligible for a discount because we are senior citizens. He kept telling us that time was of the essence because prices were going up every day. At least we didn't fall under that pressure to buy quickly. I live in a highrise of 385 units. Many of my friends and acquaintances were interested in hearing about our bathroom renovation. When we tell the stories about what we went through for the remodel they now know from whom they should not buy any supplies.
