Mental peace is most important in my world, which brings me so much joy. They have amazing customer service, clean establishment and bathrooms are always clean. My Nail technician is the "Best" in the building. I waited seven weeks to see her due to her being out of town and it was worth the wait. Ni is the full package. She can do your nails, pedicure, eyebrows and anything that you ask her to do. She is always willing to help you with all services. As a customer, I only go get my nails done once a month. This is how great she is with creativity , skill and patience / feedback on what needs to be done for any special event. Lastly, make sure you go check out this nail salon. The big windows , music and design allow for a peaceful and elevated experience. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the staff and Alexus immediately went to work on my toe polish change. Upon here arrival, Ashlyn went head and soaked off and drilled my current set off. Once she was complete and Sydney was ready to apply the acrylic, I switched chairs. Sydney did a fantastic job on the application and shaping of my nails. Ashlyn did some filing and polishing as well on my set. Though a little longer than a trip to a typical nail salon, I enjoyed every minute. I'll definitely be back as I hope to have found my new nail home.

This time, I went yesterday and my nails are already chipping from my manicure and with my pedicure my heels are cracking. Same two techs who are so sweet however the results are completely different than the first time I went, not sure on whether to go back or not. So disappointing.
