I got a deluxe pedicure and she took the foot file to the top of my feet, scraped me up and left me bleeding. Then proceeded with the treatment, pouring hot wax on my bleeding feet. Very unprofessional and painful experience. Was charged 70$ for that experience but didn't want to make a scene in there store. Never experienced poor quality like this anywhere. Wow...just terrible. Fast forward Tuesday, manager redid my hands & redid one toe. Friday, 6 Days & 4-hours later, I'm going to say, I wish I never went there for their $25 deal, cause it's wasting my time & gives me willies. I want it gone. Look at my toes! It's horrible! Service was pretty good, called and made an appointment for two for acrylics. 10:30 and was out by 11:10 very hard to underhand the technitions. Actual nail service was okay. I have bubbles in mine and so does my friend. We also have little snags on the ends.... Some are longer than others as well. It wasn't very relaxing, it was very rushed and I got my fingernail and my skin glued together. Which then hurt... If you go there, watch them and make sure your nails are straight and there is enough acrylic on the nail. They fish for tips I kind of felt bullied into it. A tip is for the costumer whom is buying the service, wether it being hair or nails or even going out to eat, it is there to motivate the person giving the service, and is there as a way to thank them for their service. If they feel they deserve it. You get very dirty. (Covered in powder) not very hygienic... No lotion no pampering or cuticle care either. I feel like they could do a great job but just didn't feel like it. I'm rather disappointed with the overall service but I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. UPDATE: 6 hours later... My friend has discovered that there are spots of her actual nail showing... Where acrylic was apparently not applied... Her nail polish from earlier before our appointment..... IS STILL THERE!!! Cemented cuticles for the both of us, which is not very comfortable... I'm still happy with the quality of my nails but my friend is not..... Such a bummer. UPDATE: Went back and got nails fixed. I'm only giving it two stars because a couple of the nail technicians are really nice and do a great job. I have left satisfied with my nails more times than not. However.... The first time I went, they were super nice and inviting after asking me if it was my first time there. I was so excited because I had just moved in a block away and had found what I thought was a great new nail place super close to home. Shortly after, as I started coming more times, the service worsened. They started rushing everything all the time to accommodate other women coming in (even when I had made an appt.). While some days I could appreciate them getting me out of there quickly (when I had places to be), going to US Nails started being more of a hassle, than a relaxing/ pampering "me time" experience. One day I went for a shellac mani and a pedi. They started me off with the shellac at one nail station and then moved me to the pedicure chair. After rushing through my pedi, before they even painted my toes, they asked me if I could move out of the pedi chair so that another lady could sit in it. Then, I was taken to a different nail station where they finally finished my shellac mani and painted my toes. I was in the most uncomfortable position on that chair trying to get both my toes and shellac done at the same time! They knew I was very displeased and kept apologizing, but did they offer to give me a discount or anything? Nope! I vowed never to go back again after this experience. They're just interested in getting as many people in as possible so that they can make as much money as possible. Even if it means that their clients are being rushed and not feeling pampered at all. So, my advice? Try to go when it's dead so that you can get a decent experience. Oh, and bring cash because they frown on credit card payments. read more

I was very, very disappointed in the service delivered at this nail salon. The salon reeked of acetone, and looks like a hospital room with the white walls and awful lighting. My friend and I went to get full set manis. I asked for gel which said on the price board costed five dollars more than a normal set, while the technician tried to make it 15 dollars more. Unbelievable. One single lady juggled my friend and I, making us switch back and forth during each step of the nail process. We showed her photos of what we wanted and she gave us NOTHING of what we asked for, I literally had to shape one hand on my own so she understood what I wanted. Very bad experience here. The lady doing my nails seemed to have no idea what she was doing. She spoke very poor English and seemed irritated that I was trying to critique what she was doing wrong, which was practically everything. Another employee had to come over and translate what I was saying. She left nail polish all over my fingers and didn't remove all of the original polish which was visible through the new polish. I had no intention of tipping, which is totally unlike me, but she actually had the nerve to ask for a tip. I have gone to this place multiple times because the location is convenient to my home. Although I have been there many times, the staff never recognizes me or acknowleges me. There is no appreciation for the business and very little positive energy here. I'm surprised there are no reviews on this place. I have been to this nail salon countless times, and have never had a bad experience. Most importantly, I don't feel like they are talking bad about me in their native language (we've all seen that Seinfeld episode, right?)! I have had manicures, pedicures and an eyebrow wax. I don't know how they do it, but the toenail polish seems to stay on forever. They are really busy on the weekend, but seem to always squeeze you in without making you feel bad about not having an appointment. The only drawback is that the do not accept credit cards, but I guess that is fairly typical for a nail salon. Came here because it was cheap, and you definitely get what you pay for. $60 (not including tip) for a shellac mani/pedi. (Called and said that it was $45 for a shellac mani and regular pedi) Not bad, I'm use to paying that much for just a pedi. The quality isn't as good. I have bubbles in my nails and she didn't go all the way up or down the sides of my nails with the polish. Looks like it was done about a week ago. Also painted over my skin in parts. I have gone to this salon for nearly 10years. For the first time, yesterday, I was disappointed in the total lack of professionalism. There was no receptionist to answer the phone or greet. The carpet needed to be vacuumed. My manicure was done in the chair where I had my pedicure. I spilled the soaking water for the manicure unto the chair where I was seated during the pedicure! Some of them finish your mani and pedi in less than 45 minutes when mani in other places takes at least one hour. I feel they rush and don't pay attention to detail. If you tell them something they are not nice about it. Also they are pushy about tips they will ask you if you want to add tip to the price when you give them the credit card. Last time I gave her 10 % instead of 15 % because I did not have time to added in my head as she was in a rush in the cash register( I am not good in math and I need the calculator to add the tip :( . ) Will I come back ?" The girl Paula, took about 40 min, when I got to my car and inspected it there was polish all over my skin around nails and down in my cuticles. Worst nail experience ever! I reserved a 3 pm appointment three days in advance for a party of 4 to get mani/pedi. Two hours before, the gal calls and kindly asks if we can be at 3:30, I say, "sure!" The end result... Paint on top of my hand and around nails and 2 smudged tips because she pushed my hand to dry at the tiniest fan. The other two in my party got the same treatment... No massage, no cream, not even a "thank you", just rushed. They made me pay before we were done so naturally I gave a 20% tip. When I asked the gal to redo my smudged nails, she waived at me pointed to the fan and told me to be at the fan for 5 minutes then left me to attend a walk in. I will not go back. read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Don't ever get your nails done here! I had the worst experience ever at this place. Rude, rushed and unsanitary! I usually get my nails done at Issaquah Nails in highlands, but since I was in Sammamish I decided to try US nails. Worst mistake ever! I showed up around 5:30 pm on a Tuesday evening, hoping to get a fill for my acrylic French tips. The first lady that did my nails was rude and gave me attitude when I told her to not pull on my hands. The first lady that did my nails was not gentle at all, she was rushing everything and in the process of filling my nails she made my nail bleed. After washing my hands I was told that the first lady that helped me didn't want to do my nails anymore and that someone else would finish my nails. What seemed to be the owner of the store proceeded to apply my shellac, this lady was nicer but I was disgusted when she coughed in her hands and immediately proceeded to touch my hands. I was beyond disgusted, when I saw she counted her money and proceeded to touch my hands. I immediately asked the lady to wash her hands, which she did. At that point I was beyond upset and wanted to walk out but didn't want to leave with a half-done mani. When I asked what time they closed, I was told 7 p.m, it was 6:05 p.m and they were already mopping the floor and rushing to get their closing procedures done. When the lady finished doing my nails she asked me how much tip I wanted to leave, to which I replied "no tip", the lady (owner?) took my card from my hands, charged me and after I signed, she walked away from me. No "thank you", no apology for such terrible customer service. I'm never going back there again. Don't waste your money and go elsewhere. read more

I have been going to US Nails for several years so I thought I would submit a review. *The price of a mani/pedi is fantastic - $25.00 *The selection of polishes is amazing, and overwhelming for someone like me. I want to try them all! The have OPI and China Glaze. *I have had several different technicians/artists (?) and have been very satisfied with their work. My favorite is Kelly, so I now call ahead to see if I can have her do my mani/pedi. I especially like that she helps me select colors and that she encourages me to try new shades. *The salon was recently remodeled and it looks fantastic. *They now accept credit cards, as well as cash. read more

This is my favorite place to have my nails done. I have never made an appointment but I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They do a great job and a manicure AND a pedicure cost only $32. The women all know my name, they remember the colors I like and always ask about my kids & husband to make friendly conversation. The salon is clean & the instruments are always straight out of the sterilizing machine. If I'm going with more than just myself I usually like to make an appointment but if its just me, I've never had an issue getting in w/ little to no wait. After reading the reviews I decided to go here for a pedi and fill. The pedi was ok, I got to soak my feet for about 30 min before anyone even came up to me..after waiting 15 min for a chair. The pedi itself was quick and rushed feeling. They seamed upset to have to do a French tip and kept pushing for red nails. And the foot rub was more of quickly rubbing in my lotion and putting my feet back in the water. One toe is already chipped and the polish on one toe pulled up a little. Now for the fill, they said I needs to get new nails. No problem. $35. I told them I wanted French tip to match my toes. When it came time to paint they said 5 more for French tip. When I said I wanted gel it was game over. The lady got upset and said polish works just fine. I said I need gel because of my work. Then I got the lightest gel top coat ever. I mean you can't even tell there is gel and the corners aren't coated. Also within 4 days my nails have started lifting. For $70 I should leave pampered and happy and have beautiful nails for at least 2 weeks not 2 days. Never going back! read more

I barely sat down and she moved me to the manicure chair. Last week was very hectic week at work, so,I decided to get my pedicure done as part my relaxation routine for the week ahead. Oh my, was I wrong. I called US nails, made an appointment. This was my first time there( and my last ). It was neat and clean. 4 customers getting pedicure and manicure. I was asked to sit in their supposedly spa pedicure chair, which I couldn't find a remote to turn on the massage. Never mind, I am here for my FOOT. The water was super hot, I told them to turn it down, then it was room temperature water. Before I asked them to make it warm, the lady took my foot, removed old polish and started the ritual. I decided to close my eyes and relax, but before I know she started scrubbing violently. She took the cream for massage in both hands applied in both my legs. I was waiting for her to massage the leg, but she walked away. She brought the warm towel and took the cream out. She painted my nails( my 7 year daughter would do a better job at it). I went in at 2:35 and was out at 2:44. I have had pedicure done for almost 15 years and this is the fastest one so far. Not only was I not relaxed, I was mad at them for rushing the process. Not many places are open on Sunday, that could be the reason for this behavior. I agree they had 4 people walk in after me, that doesn't make my $25 any less. I will spend my pedicure dollars to other Nails salon where they respect and treat you right with a good pedicure.
