U.S. paving did a great job with our driveway and door entrances. The team was quick to respond to texts, calls, and emails. The owner came out prior to work being done to go over the plan with us to make sure we were going to be happy with everything. He was also on the job site everyday. They were able to fit us in before the end of the season and had the job done very quickly. They followed up to ensure our satisfaction with the work and will be out in the summer to seal the asphalt. I have since and will continue to refer anyone looking for asphalt and/or concrete work to this company. Not many companies will do asphalt and concrete work, and they definitely don't do it as well as U.S. paving! read more

Gave a quote to just blacktop a shared driveway of $500. Which I told our nice neighbor was extortionate pricing. They came back to her who'd determined the driveway needed to be reblacktopped after 4 years (my now 91 year old Mom was handling her own finances then) with a requote of 1/2 price - $250 which she said she'd pay on her own. Being a good neighbor I said I'd pay $125. They're doing the job now. My point is they been ripping off these two old ladies for years and years. Buyer beware! read more

You will find no better value for your money in Chicago's West suburbs. Everyone was respectful, professional, and very capable and efficient. I have to say I really can't believe this company is still doing business, if they treat all their customers as they have treated me. Last June I had my driveway torn out and made larger. They were done quickly and the work seem top notch. We did not park on it for months and took extra care to keep the cars off of it until about October. That's when we noticed some decent sized dimples. I tried contacting them about my concern for a couple of months, and only received a call back when I finally got nasty on the phone with the office person, who in my opinion does not seem to do or job or even want to work there. I finally get a call back from the supervisor and he says it fixable and they will take care of it when the seal coat in June. June comes and goes so I start calling about when we will seal coat, I get the run around for all of July. Called at least 7 times to schedule it and they always tell me they are not doing it. (mind you my contract says for warranty to be good they need to seal coat in a year). I can only assume this is how they get out of covering their work. So I get worked up and finally call last week and said they have one week to call me back and take care of this, you would think they would call you the next day, no such luck. I called today to ask for the cell number of the foreman and was refused (I had it at one time but can't find it now). I tell her this was the last straw and that I will post reviews wherever I can about how i have been treated. I also gave their number to 4 friends who got estimates, I mentioned that I would tell them to look elsewhere too. She seemed totally unconcerned. I guess they have enough work and don't care about losing potential business. All I can say I would not recommend them to my wost enemy at this point. I hate to do this they seemed like a nice reputable family business when they were there and working. However if you need something fixed and even seal coating to take care of your driveway after installation........GOOD LUCK. read more
