On December 17th, as they were dealing with holiday volume, the employees at Taos Crating listened to our needs, desires, and concerns and within 24 hours, packed our purchases securely and efficiently and sent them via UPS. For this SINGLE envelope "not being counted" in Albuqurque, she's lost out on 1 envelope per month for the next 4 or so years...
