I walked up as normal asking questions telling him I am new here. He told me that even though my package said delivered... that I needed to wait until the next day because I don't have a QR code. I was very upset, I was adamant about getting my package because it was my only day off. After talking with the mail carrie, I decided to go into the line and let people cut until I could get another employee.. SCOTT!! He helped me RIGHT away, he walked me through it without having to tell him I was new.. he simply told me to look in the mailbox for a yellow slip, and it was that simple. Got my package for work on time. I wasn't going to leave a review but I was in Phil's line today and he completely ignored me and just got my package and when the surgery popped up on the screen of how the service was.. he clicked SATISFIED for me... how bold. Highlights Include: * Supply ample package locker box kiosks; no more 4 hour lines for a single package. * Provide residential address to circumvent the many shippers that refuse PO Boxes (eg. 500 Lake Dillon Dr Unit [PO Box #]); this is a seemingly simple but brilliant change that will significantly reduce frustration, depression, anxiety. * Promise to attempt customer contact if an issue is encountered regarding delivery. * Clean with modernized fixtures; supervisor repainted main lobby himself. Dealing with them is like dealing with a toddler that is unreasonable and wants to throw tantrums. I have never seen someone so uncountable. They lose your package and would just stare at you like "we don't know". The absolute worst people work here and I am super tired of dealing and relying on the worst! They might be underpaid or overworked but nothing absolutely nothing gives them an excuse for the level of unprofessional bs!
