It's clear that these postal workers are working hard to keep up with the flow of mail regardless of the global situation and it is so appreciated. When you visit this location right now, expect all the normal services that you need along with some other additions like glass partitions to keep the workers safe and healthy. If you need hand sanitizer, just ask. They keep it behind the desk. Now on to the normal review. I've been using this post office now for over a year and I haven't had any issues. The employees are friendly and helpful. When I have issues or am confused about how to write out something, they are always really willing to help. This is the only post office within the city, I believe, so you may come here because of lack of choices, but you won't be disappointed.

I found this out because Macy's sent it back to me in a package that just arrived today, with a note saying that I attempted to return it to Macy's, which I did not. My package was clearly sealed and labeled, and had the printed slip on the inside. But now that I have the package back, it's too late to send back for a refund. I know there's nothing that can be done about it now, but I'm honestly confused as to how a package clearly labeled for returns to one major chain ended up sent through a completely different company's return system. And now I can't get that money back. The Pleasant Street staff are nice and I don't want to be *that* customer, but please do better in the future.

The Holyoke post office holds my mail against me. My payment was not due until today. And all month…read morelong they would lock my mail box. So I had no choice but to stand in line for an hour or more just so they would unlock it. I ordered a new card from my bank due to theft. And it was not until two months later they put all five cards that I had to continue to ask to be reordered in my box the same exact day....there's no way each card was ordered a week or two apart from one another and all got there the same day... They sent my mail to my new address instead of holding it like they should have. And I have been waiting on a paycheck for an exact month; my employer said the checks already went out. The first check for this employer was the mail that got sent to my apartment instead of held at my P.O. Box and this second check is no where to be found. This place has behaved so sketchy for a place that was suppose to keep my mail safe from being stolen.

When my turn arrived, he informed me that the job would be done in an hour or two, so I returned in two, but the job was not completed. He then said that the job would probably be done tomorrow. 23 hours later, I phoned the store to verify that the binding would be ready, The phone system provided me with a long and time-wasting advertisement, followed by the system putting me on-hold for a little over five minutes, at which point I hung-up. (On a previous visit, I noticed that a staff-member did not answer a persistently ringing telephone,) It is clear to me that Staples in Hadley M.A. has a managerial-level failure in the area of recruitment and supervision. The quality of staffing has been declining at a steady rate for several years, and this needs to be addressed at the district-level.
