Suggested the best way to send the envelope since it had some important info in it. It's still in the same plaza it's just in the rear of the plaza (to the left of the Edible Arrangements store). Because of the recent move they now have a larger parking lot (which was previously a hassle at the last location), double the PO boxes, supplies that customers can purchase, and the staff now have a larger space to work in. Overall this a great improvement for both customers and the employees.

Disappointing experience…read more I went around 11am on 06/23/2023, there was one FedEx employee helping a customer and another on their phone towards the side. The one on the phone eventually came over, I just wanted to drop a package off and get a receipt. Instead of helping me, they just pointed me to some 'self-scan' kiosk - I stated, can't you just scan it here? They replied I can scan it over there, pointing to the kiosk. I'll pass on using this FedEx location again, more concerned with their phone then taking 15 seconds to scan my package.

When I finally checked the hours and saw they open at 10am, everything clicked. Friendly store, helpful staff, but if you're an early errand person, plan accordingly or you'll be adding an extra lap around town to your morning.

And now they dispute the damage and state it was on the vehicle when it left the auction..Gate passes do not lie Just this trucking company. stay away!!!!!! Lines can be long, but the self service kiosk can help me most times. Sometimes people jam the package bins, though, which somehow goes unnoticed by staff, and means you have to get in the sometimes long lines anyways. There are a wide range of extra services offered here, and tons of a wider variety of the free priority packaging options than most other locations have. There's a large parking lot, but people whip through it, so be careful! This location and its convenient extended hours are such an asset for local small business owners and residents alike.

I came in on a Thursday morning around 8:30am to mail a small package (2.00 oz) out. I had to purchase a mailing envelope as well. There were many different sizes and costs options. I chose a holiday envelope for $1.99. There was no line so I was able to get helped right away. Diane was friendly and asked me to fill out an experience survey later with link on receipt. I mailed the small package with USPS Ground Advantage for $6.05. Tracking is included for free on all Ground Advantage packages. The receipt indicates the destination, weight, estimated delivery date, tracking #, insurance up to $100.00 included, and grand total. The package arrived safely, but one day later than the estimated delivery date. It is the busy holiday season time. Thank you USPS for processing and delivering mail and packages to individuals and businesses in the U.S.
