I walked out of the store and asked myself, what just happened. All I need is to open up the package and get the barcode and reseal with a bit of tape. But after that frosty exchange I didn't want to go back in and ask or purchase tape, so I went over to Raleys and got some tape. I brought it back to Mail Biz and sent off the package. Wasn't a friendly experience and I won't be back.

I go far out of my way to use this post office because I know they are good at what they do. If I use them my package is less likely to get lost. Stop by and give em a try. The worst that can happen is, you spend an extra five minutes chatting with one of the wonderful clerks. I like to think that those big blue mail drop boxes are some kind of Doctor Who like portals for our mailmen. Maybe that's how they are able to get all the mail out so fast.

We needed our AC system replaced after our last AC repair guys mishandled our repair. They were respectful of our home and busy schedules and handled the install in a timely manner. They cleaned up their workspaces and were sure to leave our home the way they found it.
