This post office is closed to any business except for residential customers coming in to pick up packages. The clerks are not happy to see you. The last time I was here, I was second in line. The clerk closed the door in my face after helping the lady in front of me. I yelled out "hey" and knocked on the door to get her to help me. There are signs posted everywhere that they are closed to the public and to go to the Bel Red post office if you have any business at all besides getting a residential package. The building looks like a prop from a WWII movie - really needs major renovation. The parking lot is large but needs to be repaved with a lot of loose gravel and holes. read more

I mailed an item that I purchased on Amazon via USPS in Bellevue in mid September. apparently the item never got to it's destination as I have not received a refund. unfortunately I could not find my tracking number. so I went to the Post Office where I mailed the package and gave the approximate dates ( 5 possible days in September) The guy named MJ checked their system for 3 days and refused to check for the other two days. it took him less than 15 min to do it! and when I asked him to check their system for other two days, he refused and arrogantly said that I should have kept my receipt and walked away. you'd think USPS staff would do everything to locate the lost parcel that they carried! they lost my parcel and because I didn't have my tracking number wouldn't take 10 min to look up their system to find the tracking number! zero customer service. no wonder the congress wants to shut down USPS. people are increasingly using private carriers because USPS has proven to be incompetent. when I asked the next clerk the name of the man or his supervisor, she said his name is MJ and they don't give full name! well they lost a customer and will do more with no customer service or curtesy. read more

2023 and I guess nothing has changed. So surprised that the City of Bellevue cannot look into the way the employees at this facility treat their customers. Obviously they have a job where no matter how poorly they treat people their job is not in jeopardy hence the continuation of behaving badly. Residents deserve better. read more

This is a review for Sherry at the Bellevue Main post office. A shipper wrote my house number incorrectly and the mail carrier delivered it to a random mailbox in Medina. I spoke to Sherry about trying to get the package back and to stop the second package that was to be delivered on Monday. She took down my number and said she would keep an eye out for my misaddressed packages. The Medina resident returned the package to the post office and Sherry saw the other package scheduled for Monday delivery come in. She held both boxes and called me to pick them up. I was able to get my items. I can't thank Sherry enough for going above and beyond. read more

Horrible customer service from staff and delivery people. I came in here to collect my mail because for some weird reason my mail person marked my home as vacant! This place is dilapidated and looks just about ready to be demolished. The customer service is the same. You'd think people would be more considerate about handling other people's mail? No! Ridiculous. read more

This review is for Anna, the supervisor on today 10/3/18. I had a lost package sent from California. I had the tracking # & the receipt where I had paid for delivery- $21.19. PO in California to me to check here.Last week I went into this post office, and was told they did not have it, I had interrupted a retirement party there so who knows if they even tried. Today I found a note in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver 3 weeks ago, but couldn't because I owed $49.45. I went back to this office, with my receipt for $21.19. They pulled it out my package all battered up & missing a mailing label.. They said I could not prove it was the same package so I had to pay the $49.45 or they would not release it. I said the label must have fallen off or how else would a package arrive here. Anna said I could have put it in a post office bin without paying ( a uhaul box 13"X13" and weights 8 lb unclear how that is possible). I asked how I would have receipt out of California, with same dates & come in several times looking for a package with a "faked receipt". Anna said she would not release the package unless I paid, she did suggest I could log on to USPS and file to get the insured package money from the receipt I had- which I believe is fraud but suggested by supervisor Anna. When I asked for her name Anna promptly told me she had no authority. However, apparently Anna has enough authority to insist I pay 49.45, and enough authority to suggestion I commit fraud but didn't like me writing down her name. read more

If i could give less than 1 star i would. After calling and confirming that my package was there, with someone i believe named anna. I show up within 30mins..and poof..package was not there..of course. Seems like a place where people simply do not care about having that job at all. read more

Today I had the WORST experience with one of this location's very own managers. Her name was Tameesha although I never got the correct spelling of this seeing as how I asked her to spell it for my records (I had gotten more than one story about what had happened to my package and needed to keep track of everyone and make sure I was getting correct info) well, her response was, "is there a specific reason that you need my name?" I told her that I needed to make sure I was documenting the info I was getting since I had already had two other discrepancies with two other USPS employees - one at this location and one at the call center. She rudely said, "I'll see you when you get here" - again, I asked for the spelling of her name and she said, "WELL I AM A MANAGER HERE AND I WILL SEE YOU WHEN YOU GET HERE BYE" and hung up on me. I have submitted my complaint to the company online and given them all of her information. This is ridiculous, especially from a manager. read more

USPS doesn't know the difference between an apartment and a house. I keep getting mail that belong to people who lived in my old apartment building with DIFFERENT UNIT NUMBERS, when those people have similar first or last name as mine. What's worse is that USPS also sends out incorrect address updates to my health care providers, which could potentially result in my personal information being mailed to complete strangers. I noticed this problem when the address on my health insurance profile keeps getting updated to an address I have never lived at. My insurance company told me they get the address from USPS. I visited this USPS location twice and spoke to two supervisors. The first one didn't believe me, said that he has never seen this happen in his 20+ years of experience, and asked me to fill out a new mail forwarding form. When the problem happened again, I brought proof with me to this location and spoke to another supervisor. This supervisor took down some information and said that he will get the issue fixed and email me. 3 weeks have passed and I have not received a response. The address on my insurance profile is once again (for the 6th time) updated to an address I have never lived at, and a week ago I got mail for a person whose first name is my last name. What a complete nightmare! This is NOT the kind of service I expected from USPS. read more
