The last time I was here, I was second in line. The clerk closed the door in my face after helping the lady in front of me. I yelled out "hey" and knocked on the door to get her to help me. There are signs posted everywhere that they are closed to the public and to go to the Bel Red post office if you have any business at all besides getting a residential package. The building looks like a prop from a WWII movie - really needs major renovation. The parking lot is large but needs to be repaved with a lot of loose gravel and holes.

I consistently conduct mass mailing, so this will negatively impact my process. The inconsistencies in rules here are very unprofessional. On that Monday I saw a UPS delivery truck in our neighborhood and asked the driver about my package that I was having delivered to myself and he said it was not on the truck. So he said he would make a note of it when he got back to the office. However, a few hours later, I see this same driver carrying my box up to my front door and that was very nice of him since he knew I had been waiting for it since Friday.

Also it's a VERY safe place to have my packages sent. I'm a current customer and I do not see that changing at all anytime soon. The value is very good for what they do for me and my family.
