    Ben is the best, he's so nice and super fast. I prefer this post office over surrounding areas because of how fast it goes when he is there!

    Paid $227 for "FedEx 2 day Express." It was "guaranteed" to be delivered in 2 days, then it was…read moredelivered 5 days later. I tried to file a claim for a price adjustment online, it failed multiple times, then put me through a series of dead ends and restarts. I tried the chat feature, which was the least informed AI chat I have ever used, and got nowhere. I asked for "Operator," and it gave me a phone number. So I called 800GOFEDEX, 800-463-3339, spoke with a very impatient man who did not give his name, and told me to file a claim online. I explained I tried to file an online claim for the past hour, and asked him to walk me through it. He gave me 3 steps then hung up on me. I'll never use FedEx for "Express" again. If you do, expect it to be late, and you probably should select FedEx "Ground" to get it there in about the same amout of time for less money.

    Worst service my sister has ever received from FedEx Print & Ship. She walked in to pick up a print…read morejob today that she emailed yesterday in person. Today, the worker at the front, Victor, had the worst attitude. Apparently he's the manager, yikes. Told her the print job (10 color prints on 8.5x11 basic white paper, and 4 of those prints lamented) was not ready due to the person who took the order yesterday not properly putting it into the system. That's fine, completely understand that mishap, however he kept telling her that he would not be able to finish the prints today and kept talking to her in a rude and passive tone, as if it was her fault that FedEx was understaffed today?? We're coming in with the information we received yesterday which was to pick up tomorrow by 12, sorry Victor if our little colored print job pissed you off or something. After an unnecessary back n forth to get our prints (why are we having to argue with you?? Isn't this your job??) he was able to get it done in 5 whole minutes, guess he didn't need a whole day and a half to do this print. Threw the print job onto the table, didn't bother to wrap it, only other thing he said to her was the charge. My sister thought it was so weird, but at this point, she just wanted to pay and leave. Happy Halloween Victor, didn't know FedEx was doing a "Terrible Manager" Halloween costume. In that case, you aced it.

Sadly, while this place may have been a great place to patronize in the past, they are now overpriced, understaffed, and I will no longer use their services. First, the good: the reason this is two stars rather than one is their honesty. Of the three times I have tried to use them, the lone attendant behind the desk has been up front on how expensive they are and offered great suggestions on how I could save money by patronizing other businesses. Room for improvement: Staffing. There is only one employee there, and frequently more than one customer waiting and/or the phone ringing (the case on all 3 of my visits.) On two of the three occasions I visited, I wanted specific price quotes to compare options, and wasn't even given a number. "An arm and a leg" was given on one occasion; on another "twice as expensive as going to USPS". While both estimates were effective in helping me choose less expensive options in other stores, they did not help me decide whether it was worth my time to make another stop. I got the impression that the employee was lazy and would rather turn business away than have his employer make income. (To be fair, he was probably just being honest and trying to be helpful. But it's a sad statement for a business when your own employees help customers by sending them away.) Room for improvement: Options. I'm used to independent mailing centers offering multiple services and quoting you the best option for your parcel. But here, the only options are USPS and FedEx (and they'll take prepaid UPS boxes for a fee). USPS costs more and takes longer (they wait for a daily pickup) than driving 2 miles to the actual post office, and FedEx options are limited and expensive. Again, the employee will helpfully tell you where else you can save money. Yay honesty. In contrast, I've received wonderful customer service from the UPS Store in Newcastle, and USPS Post Office and FedEx ship center in Factoria. They are amply staffed, have cheerful customer service, and actually want your business.
