I explained to her what options I chose online and she let me know that wasn't an option. I said but it was. She said on my 8 years of working here you are the first person to ever say that. I said I can't be the only one to click that. She then repeated that isn't an option. Finally another worker came over and asked what was going on. There is street parking, the ability to walk a block or two, and even their own little lot attached to the west side of the building. After calling and complaining about my iPhone that was returned to me and wouldn't even turn on, I received a call from the company asking if I would please send my phone back in for someone else to check it. I was told that if they determined it could not be repaired, they would send me another iPhone at no charge. So I sent it back and in a few days received a call saying that my phone could not be repaired and a replacement would be sent. About a week later, I received a new working phone! How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer.
