They are open 8:30-5. For most people who work, this ensures they will open after one leaves for work and be closed before one returns. I was hopeful to just use the self service machines for my needs, but they do not have any at this location. I was not the only one inconvenienced by this as two other people came in at the same time I did and found it quite absurd that the post office isn't open or doesn't have services at convenient times. It is not a shock that the postal service is doing so bad. They still charge rates that are really low for the service they provide, this is why I go there over UPS or FedEx. But when people can not even access the services, that can not be helping an already bad situation. Bring back the self service machines, saves on labor and provides 24 hour access.

I get hung up on shipping as the costs vary widely, I don't always know what box to use, and it's just a general black hole at times. They'll get you set straight here and usually with a smile. The prices are what they are, sometimes fair, sometimes a bit high but it's on par with any other shipping services as far as I know. It's also very easy to get in and out here. There is street parking, the ability to walk a block or two, and even their own little lot attached to the west side of the building. A regular staple for me as someone who works remotely and it's always quick and easy.

I will never understand all the low ratings for FedEx Print & Ship Centers. I use these shops all…read moreover the metro to print things and at every location I find them to be clean, efficient, and affordable. This location, in particular, seems to be fairly new and it boasts a few printers hooked up to their print and go feature, which is what I use most often. The biggest downside to this location is just the parking lot and how it can be kind of awkward to get in and out of it from State Line. This seem to be par for the course in this shopping center though, so likely not much that can be done about it. Overall, it's a pretty standard FedEx shop and I'd recommend it if you need to get something printed.

The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off.
