In 1 year I've had numerous pieces / packages of mail go missing - including important items such as tax forms, prescription medicine, and checks/invoices. Sometimes the mail finds its way after a few weeks, other times I never see it again. Most recently they lost prescription meds (schedule II narcotics). A neighbor 1 mile away posted on Facebook that while walking their dog they found the package in the snow on the side of a road. What's more is the postal carrier marked the package as delivered in mailbox, when very clearly from my doorbell camera I see no package was delivered on the date in question. They marked it "delivered" 2 hours after they were actually on my stoop that day - very clearly lying. Sometimes I don't have a choice as to what delivery service is used (e.g., CVS ships via USPS), but when I do I will not choose USPS. It's apparent from other reviews that this is a reoccurring theme in this town. For a "company" that is funded from tax payers you'd think they would care more about the service they provide. If my Amazon gig-fare drivers can find my mailbox successfully, certainly these "professionals" can too.

None of those mailpieces made it to the doctor's offices and the checks from two of them were fraudulently cashed by a local bank. This week we are missing two packages that were scanned as having been delivered. II can never reach the Phoenixville post office by phone; it just rings and rings and then hangs up on me. I don't know what is going on but now, whenever I send a check out, I take it either to the Kimberton or Malvern post office. I don't know what to do about mail that isn't making it to my box...maybe get a PO box in Devault??? BTW I live in Phoenixville...don't know why it says I'm in San Francisco-??!!

There is not a need for the middle lane in terms of turning vehicles - Hill School Wall on left side, right turns onto Madison do not need the middle lane. Bike lane is also a pedestrian hazard. Parking spaces are too small and require back-in, parallel parking maneuvers. Parking places are NEVER cleared of snow in the winter - P.O. Management blames the Burrough. Parallel Parking on Madison Street is difficult due to incline. A real mess all around! Long lines with one counter attendant who frequently disappears into back room for 5 minutes to retrieve special customer mail requests. While waiting line lengthens. No clock! Does not have visible OPEN sign outside, or "Closes at XX:xx" sign. Frequently cannot change $20 bills for purchases. No Lobby Drop for outgoing mail. It's inside the doors which lock at closing time. Curbside mail box is on passenger side of vehicles so clumsy to access from inside your car. Major re-thinking of parking and customer access issues desperately needed for the past 10 years!
