When my package was sent to the UPS "Fraud Department" due to a glitch in the UPS system (their computer issued 2 receipts for the same package: one for shipping the package and another for payment), Nick stalled for months. Even though the Fraud Dept told me they had the package and it was safe, that they just needed confirmation from the store manager, UPS eventually lost the package. Nick then told me UPS acknowledged that the loss was their fault and would issue a full refund for the contents of the package, even though the package was not insured. I didn't hear back from Nick for almost 2 months. When I stopped by the store, Nick told me that UPS would not issue a refund, and that he was in a big "battle" with the company about it. He refused to send me copies of his correspondence, or updates of any kind and said that this was for the "protection" of UPS. He then told me he was busy and it was a lot of work to enter all the info manually... so it's not clear that he ever did anything at all to get my package back or get a refund. When I told him that this had been a terrible experience, he told me that was my "opinion". When I said I had used UPS for years, but I didn't want to go through this again, he said I had "options". I asked what they are? Nick said I could "use FedEx or USPS"! This man should NOT be in a managerial position.
