This post office need negative stars. They've been holding a package since May 30! What takes so long? Why do they need to hold it for over 2 weeks? Process it through already! Useless!

I haven't had any problems at this location. Been coming here waaaaay before I had a smart phone to check in. Surprised it hasn't already been reviewed. This location and its parking is so convenient. Never a lack of parking. Its on a small side street, so no busy traffic to watch out for. Everytime I'm here, its mostly to drop off, so I have no staff to complain or comment about... just the convenience.

The quality of service here is great. The people working are always friendly and greet you when walking in. The location also has moving items, mailing items, and printing/faxing available. The value is ok if you need something quick and convenient. There are other places that may be cheaper. Definitely check this place out if local. I chose this place for all my Amazon returns because it's convenient.

I was a mailbox customer at UPS Store #6941 and have spent more than a month trying to get answers…read moreregarding a package that was scanned into the store and then could not be located. According to tracking, my package was scanned into the store on 4/16/26, and I received notification that it had arrived. When I later attempted to retrieve the package, it could not be found. An investigation was opened on 4/28/26. From that point forward, I communicated primarily with the store manager, Ally, and received a series of conflicting explanations regarding the status of my package. On 5/5/26, I was told that the package was still under investigation and that documentation was being reviewed. However, I later learned through UPS that the original investigation had actually been closed on 5/4/26 because UPS had determined the package was delivered correctly to the address on file. Despite that, I continued receiving information suggesting the matter was still being investigated. At one point, after I expressed my intention to escalate the matter to corporate, I was told that the package would be "redelivered" to the store. This immediately raised concerns because the package had already been scanned into the store on 4/16/26. I later contacted UPS International Claims directly and was informed that the statement that the package was going to be redelivered was false information. When I brought this information to Ally's attention and requested clarification, communication from her stopped completely. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I was told Ally had spoken with the claims department and that the package remained under investigation, despite UPS records showing the original investigation had already been closed the day before. Since then, I have repeatedly requested updates and clarification regarding: * What happened to my package after it was scanned into the store * Why I was given conflicting information * Why I was told the package would be redelivered * Why the status I was being told did not match information provided directly by UPS I have also repeatedly requested contact from management and ownership. Multiple employees have told me they would notify Ally and have her contact me. I was told again recently that Ally would reach out. She never did. To date: * I have not received a clear explanation regarding the chain of custody of my package. * I have not received answers to several reasonable questions. * I have not been contacted by the store owner. * Ally has stopped responding after I questioned the discrepancies between what I was being told and what UPS Claims told me directly. I understand that packages can be misplaced and that investigations take time. My issue is not simply that a package went missing. My issue is the lack of transparency, the contradictory information, the lack of follow-through, and the complete breakdown in communication once I started asking difficult questions. As someone who receives time-sensitive business and promotional shipments, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has significantly damaged my confidence in this location's package handling and customer service practices.

He told me, "Next time come prepared," and said he'd tape it this time, but he looked annoyed the entire interaction. It honestly caught me off guard. I thought USPS employees were paid well and trained for customer service, so I'm not sure why he was so cranky. I also needed to buy a roll of stamps, but I didn't want to "bother" him any further, so I'll just purchase them somewhere that actually deserves my business. Not the experience I expected at all.

Street Drive thru free standing mailboxes are available if you need one. Passports are processed here to by appointment if ever you need one. Parking in front of the building is very limited so sometimes you have to wait for awhile for availability. I'm not sure of the street parking if any. There were only 2 postal staff worand 3 people before me waiting in line Got all my mails with no hitch but had to wait for few minutes for next window.

FedEx - Same driver delivering a now compromised ripped open package the next day and encouraging my signature for it

FED EX EMPLOYEES STOLE MY SONS IPHONE. I am submitting this complaint and request for immediate…read moreinvestigation regarding a stolen package delivered by FedEx on 12/19/2025, following a failed delivery attempt on 12/18/2025. On 12/18/2025, a FedEx delivery driver (distinctive facial tattoos; photographs from footage attached) attempted to deliver a Verizon shipment containing a new iPhone valued at over $1,200 to my residence in Oak Hills, CA 92344. We were not home at the time. Our home surveillance footage clearly shows the driver in possession of a package in normal, intact condition, with no visible signs of damage or tampering. The driver left with the package and left a delivery notice. The notice later blew off the door, and I was unaware of the attempted delivery until after the subsequent incident. On 12/19/2025, the same driver returned with the package. At this time, the box was extremely light and clearly tampered with--the tape was partially detached, the box improperly folded, and the condition was materially different from what is shown in the surveillance footage from the prior day. Photographs of the altered condition are attached. Upon arrival, the driver initially attempted to obtain a signature from my 12-year-old daughter. I asked what I was being asked to sign for, noting that the package felt unusually light. The driver encouraged me to sign, stating that packages like this require signatures due to fraud and that he delivers light packages requiring signatures all the time. The Verizon labeling was not visible. Relying on his statements, I signed and immediately brought the package inside. Upon opening it, I discovered the box was empty, containing only packing paper and a Verizon receipt for the iPhone. I immediately confronted the driver before he left the property and informed him that the package was empty. During this interaction, he repeatedly referenced widespread theft and "shady activity" at the Bloomington facility, stating that many workers there steal packages. He stated because I had opened the package, I would need to resolve the issue directly with Verizon and that there was "nothing he could do." It has been a world of trouble attempting to replace this phone. Given the circumstances, I find it highly concerning that: The same driver handled the package on both days He was aware of the package's original intact condition He attempted to secure a signature for a clearly empty and tampered package He failed to disclose the obvious condition of the package He openly acknowledged systemic theft at the facility where he works At a minimum, the driver knew the package had been tampered with and failed to follow proper protocol. There is also a reasonable basis to suspect his direct involvement. He also submitted a photo of a note left on my door the day before, as the proof photo of delivery... not the ripped open package. This package was the only Christmas gift my son was receiving. As a result of this incident, I have spent hours dealing with FedEx, Verizon, and the Sheriff's Department. A criminal report has been filed and BBB complaint as well. I have been relentlessly pursing Verizon's through investigation into the matter as well. According to them they have knowledge the package never left the truck and will be holding those responsible accountable as well and requesting footage from the truck. I will be making sure someone is held accountable for this and will post everywhere and anywhere I can since I can't get ahold of anyone at the Bloomington facility
