Considering the amount of people and issues they encounter daily, I've never once seen them being disrespectful or rude to any customers. Bless them. Anytime I had to ask some questions, they always tried their best to help. This is a small post office, shipping supplies are typically in stock. If you're looking for something that's run out just ask the front. Lines as you can imagine goes up and down based on the time. Morning, Noon and before 5 are the busiest. Parking is convenient. I was also impressed with how the post office thought to set up a desk by the door earlier this year to expedite the service. I was even able to make my payment there, and quickly at that. I see this as a sign for good things to come as the USPS continues to modernize and improve their service!

This UPS Store is shady and untrustworthy. They charge a $20 fee just to use their address for…read morepackage pickup, even though they're listed as an official UPS pickup location. When Apple shipped my iPhone here, they told me I had to pay the $20 fee. I refused and asked them to return it to the sender. After they realized it was an iPhone, the package mysteriously disappeared and was never returned, according to the tracking number. I later read other reviews with similar complaints, especially about valuable shipments going missing. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. These people are crooks, and you risk losing your package entirely. They also charge 5$ to print out a shipping label, which is just one sheet of regular copy paper.

Terrible UPS service and scam…read more I went to pick up a package that was delivered within the five days pick-up policies. They told me that I had to pick up at the spot. If I wanted to a few days to extend, I needed to pay extra. They even told me this applies to all UPS stores. When I asked if I can pay extra, they denied the service. I have my shipment delivered to several UPS stores and that never occurred! I just called their customer service, and they told me this policy is not true. They can hold our package for five days without charge. Seven day for special customers. They are investigating it now. The sad part is one of my items is still being delivered there and I need to call the ups customer service to tell them to hold my item till end of the day and for seven extra days. I will never order my items to this place again due to ill manner and scamming services! I hope UPS customer service do a thorough investigation on this site so that this site will follow their policy in the future!
