We were doing so well..... I got my packages. Nothing was ever "lost" anymore. Until today. My package was out for "delivery" all day Saturday and all day Sunday (ha.) I requested a redelivery and suddenly, it can't be delivered because of a forwarding request or incorrect address or zip code? Yeah right. I verified with the seller that the address was automatically generated (as it has countless times before with problem free delivery) and was completely correct in every way. I also never sent a forwarding request. I have already made a complaint to the Postmaster General for mail theft and plan on calling the general complaint number tomorrow. Mistakes happen. I get it but theft and/or assuming no one will follow up will not be tolerated. If I have to follow this up like I had to the last time this "stunt" was pulled, I will. read more

This post office is so slow when it comes to delivering packages, I couldn't pick up a package here because I was working, they sent a redelivery notice. They promised to redeliver and never did. I found my old Yelp account just to write this review. No point in ordering anything to be delivered from these guys, because they will take the time to stealthily get into your apartment building, open your mailbox, and leave a slip that says they couldn't reach you. And guess what, you're gonna have to get on the train to go pick it up from their building instead. That's only fair, right? It's your fault anyway. You should've been sitting outside your apartment building when you saw the package was out for delivery. Didn't you know? The only way to get the driver from this branch to actually deliver your package is to ambush him right there, and try to guilt them into doing his job. I don't know, I haven't tried doing that, but I imagine it's the only way. So now, your only option is to go down there. Just because the driver doesn't do his job doesn't mean YOU have to, right? You have all day to go down there and wait in line with your slip in your hands. Merry fucking Christmas! Edit: Good news, everyone! They have the worse customer service and it's always busy, if you guys are that busy where people wait an hour or so please have more than 1 teller. Worst post office ever. I ordered clothes from H&M on August 30. When I tracked it, it says on 09/04 was the delivered.. Really? So where is my damn package ? Its 9/10 today. Then I tried calling the post office, a busy dial tone. (That just shows laziness). I called H&M, they explained to me that they would just put delivered, even though it wasnt. This post office needs a total re-assessment in terms of its ability to effectively function. On TWO occasions I have had packages delivered and did not know they had been delivered until after I'd contacted vendors to ascertain the whereabouts of my purchases. The tracking information erroneously displayed that notices had been left. When phoning this post office, be certain to have your phone speaker set as it can take up to 3-4 hours until a human being answers and then you are put on hold for an additional 25-20 minutes. On these two occasions, NO delivery notification was left. I feel as though I am dealing with cartoon characters when I deal with the employees at this office -- they are ALWAYS right, when they are rude and you respond in a tone that reflects their own, they hang up on the customer, they tell creative stories to cover up their ineptness and incompetence -- they are quite indicative of what one can consider 'provincial'. If possible, MOVE if you must -- do anything to avoid dealing with the people in this post office.... dealing with them can ruin your day as well as your week. read more

I know alot of people don't like this post office but I never have an issues here. Most of the window clerks are super friendly and although sometimes there's a wait it's never too bad. Only once was a pkge of mine lost in transit and they sent me a refund. I use them all the time as I belong to alot of online wish groups and listia, this is my preferred post office. read more

I have had three instances where I have received a notice left but no notice was left. I reached out to my local Assemblyman to see if he will do something about this and also reached out to Amazon whose packages are not getting delivered to me. I suspect if it hurts their bottom line, perhaps they will take notice (but I doubt it) Management needs a complete overhaul. I wonder if they are committing fraud by stating that they have left notices when in fact they have not. Perhaps surveillance cameras are in order and reaching out to the Post Master General with my findings. Thoughts? read more

I was on the phone with a worker at this usps office near my house in regards to a package I never received (tracking shows it was delivered but my security camera shows nobody ever came to deliver anything). I originally called the 800- customer service #. I told her I already filed a claim about the missing package. the rep told me that someone from my local post office tried calling me but "my voicemail box was full". I told her I received an unknown call with no voicemail and there was no email sent to me about it. she redirected me to call my local post office to see what the call was about so I went ahead to call my local post office (which is this one) and explained the situation to the worker. the worker (she told me her name was "B..." Bee? Bi? Bea?) kept repeating that the package was delivered, even when I told her that I have proof that nobody came. she also kept stating that they are not responsible and will not be giving a refund. I specifically told her that I do NOT need a refund from them, I just want to know where my package is, and what the call from this morning was about. I had to keep asking her questions about creating a complaint & a claim for the package and her answers were all very vague, which leads me to asking more questions. at one point, I asked if there was someone else I can speak with and her response was "are you going to ask the same questions to them when I answered all your questions?" and she kept threatening to hang up on me and that I was giving her an attitude. I've been constantly trying to tell her to try and see things in my point of view, and I was completely calm. I had questions and she was not able to help me. I don't work at the post office, so of course I would keep asking questions... and she continuously try to hang up on me and saying "I'm going to hang up now. Have a nice day", but I held on. almost at the end of the call, I asked her once again what the call from this morning was about and if there's anything more that I can do (whether it be submitting a complaint or just further steps that I can do). and her response was "ma'am, is there something wrong with you? I already answered all your questions". and I got just got really upset at her comment. I told her "this is what I call rude. Thank you and have a nice day" and I hung up on her. i am beyond furious with this worker. not only was she not helpful at all, telling me all the information i already know, but she was also rude and disrespectful. if i can file a complaint about this person, i seriously would. this is no way to treat a customer. never once have i had a more horrible experience with a customer service rep. read more

I wish there was a way to give this post office 0 stars! This is the worst-run post office I've ever seen. Package delivery service from this location is entirely non-existent. Here's what has happened to me the last 10 times I ordered a package: I track the package online, it shows "Delivered" however no one showed up at my door that day, neighbors saw/heard no one and surveillance camera shows no carrier came to my door that day...so how and to whom was this package delivered?? I used to try calling before but now I'm certain they dont even keep the phone on the hook at this place. The next day I check my mail and NOW there's a pink notice of delivery attempt left in my box...really?? When was this attempt made?? This is fraud and it's infuriating!!! Customers can never expect to receive their packages at any reasonable time, it's like you might as well be prepared to go to the post office to get it. THEN when you go to this hell hole to get your package, they take forever to find it!! That says to me, their entire system is warped. Their inefficiency is rampant and it starts with management. This is even more sad because the majority of customers in the area are elderly people. So when I go to this dump and see elderly people standing on the line with their walkers and canes and not getting attended to it just pisses me off even more because it shows they dont care. They have secured government jobs, guaranteed pensions & paychecks and whether or not they do their damn jobs properly doesnt have an effect...but what about us, the people, the taxpayers??! WORST SERVICE!!! The sender with initial CA left a note on Tuesday SEpt. 20, 2016 that nobody picked up so he left a note. Nobody was home the next day as well. So instead I got it redelivered thru ONLINE because they weren't picking up their damn phone. On the online form, I specifically left a note to just leave it at my door. But instead of following my instructions, HE LEFT A NOTICE INSTEAD. A final notice to be exact. There if stayed that it can be picked up today (Sept. 23, 2016) after 10 am. I was at the office at 12:30 something and waited for the lady approximately 10 mins for her to bring my package. Instead she told me it's not in the office, probably the delivery guy has it. This is the worst post office. They're very slow. Employees are lazy and kind of laid back. Manager is a joke. Doesn't comes to the window when people are waiting for him and no one even tries to go and get him. terrible parcel delivery service. my package had a delivery "attempted" on tuesday (today is sunday). i live in an apartment and i gave my apartment number to the company sending out my package. they apparently didn't see the lovely elevator in my building, so they conveniently placed a "sorry we missed you!" notice in my mailbox to account for their laziness. my brother was home all week too, so i am positive that they simply refused to take a minute to deliver it to my doorstep. thursday night i called to reschedule a delivery for friday, but come friday i wait, and to my surprise, no package had arrived. my other parcel that was shipped through fedex had arrived at its office on THURSDAY and was delivered the SAME DAY. now i am awaiting monday to see if their streak continues. long story short: this usps office's parcel delivery sucks. apparently so does their customer service. read more
