This Post Office is the closest to my work and I avoid it at all costs. I consider myself a polite person, but EVERY time I go here I leave feeling insulted. These people make lots of money, get 1.5 hours for lunch break, have a pretty simple job, and they can't even greet you with a smile. They basically hate every person who they don't know. I stood off to the side today filling out a form and watched as people came in. Every person they knew they greeted with a polite "hey how are you today?" and every person they did not know were greeted with a frown and a basic grunt of malcontent. My coworker asked the price of a money order and the response was "IT DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH YOU WANT" in the most disgraceful tone imaginable. The proper response was (and the response you get at other Post Offices) would be "It depends how much you need it for, how much were you thinking?" or "They are $1.10 for one up to $500 or $1.50 from $500 to $1000" Is it that hard to be polite? REALLY, IS IT THAT HARD? This review is not written from just one experience. I have been to this Post Office about 10 times, and every time this is how they treat people. It is disgusting. Of course the problem with postal workers is that no matter how dumb, lazy, or rude (in the case of this Post Office) they are, they will never be fired.

We ordered something we need from LOWES. They promised to come here today so we waited all day in case we had to sign for it. It's an apartment complex it's not like having your own home. OUR MAIN POINT IS THAT WE GOT A TEXT FROM ALLEGED UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. WE CALLED OUR POST OFFICE AND THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO TELL US THAT NO THEY DO NOT SEND TEXTS. (can everybody stop saying Texas please instead of TEXTS?) it's one syllable and not to state of Texas. We watch too many reality shows about the law to have this not bug us. It's a giant scam! We're really starting to hate criminals. I don't care how poor you are if you ask me nicely I probably would've given you some money, but this is just a way to screw up your life forever. It's called a smishing SCAM. Most people in the country are awaiting packages at this time of year. For once we were smart about technology and just deleted it and reported it as spam. They had a crummy picture of the United States post office logo and very strange text address.. ALL LIES AND ALL CRIMINALS. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON THEIR LINK. THE POST OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES DOES NOT SEND TEXTS. We were lucky enough, even after we reported it as Spam and tried to block the site, that our post office is so wonderful. They actually answered our question and it only took about four minutes. We just don't want anybody else to get robbed, cyber robbed. I don't care what they call it. It's theory is lies. It's fake and I wish the government would do something about it! My husband is ready to explode from watching the news and seeing innocent people rounded up for no reason most of them American citizens and many who have been veterans. We hope everyone realizes that in Chicago when they destroyed an entire apartment building that not one single arrest was made. We don't like the idea of secret police or the reality of secret police. We're also extremely tired of getting these fake texts from criminals. We've been CRIMED enough. Please, everyone be careful during this wonderful holiday season. Try to remember that the cyber criminals and their allies never quit for a second because they use robots. A free tote bag plus beauty samples were included which the courier driver was very likely aware of. If not, why would a driver throw packages near the front door of a business and expect them not to be stolen? I believe the real truth is the packages were never even delivered. I phoned Neiman Marcus online and requested a Supervisor. Asokan came to the phone. He said he was located in Africa and told me the courier was NEED IT NOW. He wanted to file a claim and wait almost a week for the results. I didn't want to miss out on the free tote and samples so tried to get him to do another solution and he refused. I then asked for his boss and he lied (I found out) and said she was on a call. I informed Asokan that if my claim is denied I will take NM to small claims court. $250 is not a lot of money but it is the principle. He said ok if that's what you want to do. Never again do I want to order online from NM.
