We ordered something we need from LOWES. They promised to come here today so we waited all day in case we had to sign for it. It's an apartment complex it's not like having your own home. OUR MAIN POINT IS THAT WE GOT A TEXT FROM ALLEGED UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. WE CALLED OUR POST OFFICE AND THEY WERE KIND ENOUGH TO TELL US THAT NO THEY DO NOT SEND TEXTS. (can everybody stop saying Texas please instead of TEXTS?) it's one syllable and not to state of Texas. We watch too many reality shows about the law to have this not bug us. It's a giant scam! We're really starting to hate criminals. I don't care how poor you are if you ask me nicely I probably would've given you some money, but this is just a way to screw up your life forever. It's called a smishing SCAM. Most people in the country are awaiting packages at this time of year. For once we were smart about technology and just deleted it and reported it as spam. They had a crummy picture of the United States post office logo and very strange text address.. ALL LIES AND ALL CRIMINALS. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON THEIR LINK. THE POST OFFICE OF THE UNITED STATES DOES NOT SEND TEXTS. We were lucky enough, even after we reported it as Spam and tried to block the site, that our post office is so wonderful. They actually answered our question and it only took about four minutes. We just don't want anybody else to get robbed, cyber robbed. I don't care what they call it. It's theory is lies. It's fake and I wish the government would do something about it! My husband is ready to explode from watching the news and seeing innocent people rounded up for no reason most of them American citizens and many who have been veterans. We hope everyone realizes that in Chicago when they destroyed an entire apartment building that not one single arrest was made. We don't like the idea of secret police or the reality of secret police. We're also extremely tired of getting these fake texts from criminals. We've been CRIMED enough. Please, everyone be careful during this wonderful holiday season. Try to remember that the cyber criminals and their allies never quit for a second because they use robots. As stupid as a robot is, I'm including Apple and Amazon, and many other large sites. ' TIS THIS SEASON TO BE RIPPED OFF MERCILESSLY. Any issues I have had with lost or slow mail, they have been diligent to help me figure out the causes / issues that may have caused the problem. Not only have they helped give me all the information I needed to get the answers, but they also follow up with me to see if they were resolved! I have shipped over 800 packages and every time I am greeted with smiles. They work together like a family and it's really refreshing to see such a tight knit group of dedicated workers with lovely personalities. Always smiling and quick with a friendly joke. I have NEVER had this experience at any other USPS location. This particular location goes above and beyond. I have been pitched to by UPS and FedEx, but I am staying on board with USPS for all my shipping because of them! Keep up the great work ladies! Pleasure doing business with you all!
