That said, since I have discovered it, I don't go to any other post office location (at least not if I'm leaving from home) because this one is so convenient. Plus, it has better weekend hours than the Post Office on Bailey. You can get stamps, mail packages, and do all the things you normally would at the Post Office but without the lines that I've encountered at pretty much every other Post Office. I don't think I've ever had more than one person in front of me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And if you need to get something from the Pharmacy while you're there, it's super convenient. Parking is easy, as is getting in and out of the lot. Yay for convenience and easy.

You can trust Shipping HQ to get your packages where they need to go…read more We had a situation recently where the recipient's new address didn't make its way to our office, so when our shipment arrived at their old address, delivery was refused. Shipping HQ was able to resolve the issue over the phone, and our very important box of valuable materials finally reached its proper destination. They'll advise you on the best carrier and price, and if you don't have the appropriate packing materials available, they can do that for you too. Once your personal information is in their system, one click gets your package on its way. Access to their parking lot is one of the most annoying in WNY, but it's worth it. Nice people, good at what they do - the kind of company that deserves your business.

My last visit the counter staff helped me pick out the best way to mail a letter that I wanted to know it got to its destination. She didn't sell me the most expensive delivery just to make money- she helped me with the very best option. And I appreciate that. Be aware this is a very small post office so they do not have as much merchandise or a drop box for large packages. You will have to give those directly to the staff.

This is one of the quieter post offices I've been to. I've never waited as long to mail out stuff here, as I have to wait at Clarence and even sometimes Akron.
