They have a computer workstation and several printers, but I had a specific need. The woman working there seemed a little unhappy and overworked. It appeared like they needed more staff. I had to physically flag her down to get help. I felt bad for her because she seemed to have a lot going on. It would be nice if there were more signs with direction or a staff member available for customer assistance. The team member ended up being really helpful once I got her attention.
