    Damage by UPS delivery!

    This is difficult for me to post as I've used Sarah as a notary for years & have sent many packages through The Post Stop. However, after paying for shipping and insurance for UPS to ship a painting to my aunt, it arrived to her home damaged and broken. UPS was extremely negligent and treated my package without care. However, it was like "pulling teeth" to get Sarah to follow through with UPS after inquiries, return emails and phone calls in regards to an update about our claim (FYI, you rely on the Sender to file a complaint and follow up with UPS). Shipping was more than $250, and the damage turned out to be the same, $250 dollars. I've decided to take my business elsewhere unfortunately.

So I don't go that often, and can start to incur additional charges for mail held too long. One good feature is the ability to have them trash junk mail by selecting it online and asking them to toss. The UPS recertification, although able to be done remotely, is tedious and you need to supply ID and address verification. Which is annoying but probably can't be helped, but I send it in and then they tell me the ID is expired, which it isn't. And they charge me $12.50 for that.

    What a horrible company. My old location was closing. They notified me about 10 days ago and I've…read morebeen trying ever since to to get iPostal1 to get me switched to a new one before the old one closed. Today is the last day. In a few hours I won't have a working mailbox anymore. I've emailed with them 5 or 6 times in the course of these 10 days and with every email -- always from a different person -- they promise to get it done. It hasn't happened. They write like robots and maybe that's who I've been talking to all along. Their email sign off slogan "We Strive to Deliver Excellence" is unintentionally hilarious. Maybe they really are striving and are just that incompetent but someone needs to tell them striving isn't enough. Getting it done is what counts. I'm abandoning 9 months on a one year prepaid membership, a $20 PayPal balance and a scan and shred package. Maybe they'll refund some of it, but I'm betting not. I'll take my chances with Anytime Mailbox. They might not be any better when things go wrong but they can't be any worse.

    The only caring person that works there is the owner Mike. Tyler laughed in my face as I was…read morehysterically crying because they lost a heirloom painting that they boxed and said they sent to USPS and now no one can find it. Mike is trying to do his best and helping me out, but if you want people who care who aren't gonna laugh at your face and say they can say whatever they want . If you're looking for good customer service do not go there. Tyler is horrible and all they do is make you go through loops just to talk to somebody who can help you, which is the owner .they saw I was upset. And no one's claiming responsibility for the package and they just said well it's not here. Can't do anything that is until they let me talk to the owner and said that he'll try to figure it out like I said I used to come here all the time, but I will not be back because of Tyler specifically horrible customer service and his manager had to yell at him because he just kept talking and talking and talking saying he can say whatever he wants while I'm sitting here distraught over something that means a lot to me. And then you had the audacity to tell his manager not to raise his voice at him like he's some God.
