I have yet to find a cleaner, better-equipped, friendlier-staffed UPS store. Anywhere. I've shipped from this location (in a hurry for last pickup), I've sent returns to Amazon, and I've just perused at the capabilities for printing, etc. genuinely cannot say enough good things. I've never had a problem parking right up front, despite this being a busy center, and I have yet to see a line more than one person long. Great location! read more

I went to this location and ordered a sheet to be printed and laminated for $5 and some. The next day I ordered the same thing the next day and they charged $9 and some. What I don't understand how could price can change from one day to the next for a print and lamination. The same process. You have to email it to them and they print it and laminate it. And they did 6 of them which I didn't ask so they can charge me more so not cool and fair at all. It's good to be more mindful about your business. You definitely have lost my business to your location. I don't recommend this location at all. I am taking my business to FedEx. It's clear when you print so don't go to this location as they don't have a guideline on how much to charge customers. read more

I think this has been under new management for a couple of years and it's a really great location. I've come in here for quick stuff like dropping off Amazon returns and also the shredding service but wouldn't hesitate to use it for other shipping needs should they arise. I love this location. I love the store and I love all the people that work here. Doesn't matter how busy or how slow it is when I walk in they always say hello and ask what kind of help I need and they are pretty darn funny and in a great mood, mostly I just drop off USPS packages so you think they would be annoyed by me but they are always super kind and take my packages right away and put them in the bin. Just moved to San Juan from Coto & i was spoiled with my previous UPS store that gladly handled my shipping needs. They had friendly, punctual and knowledgeable employees who were always welcoming and engaging. Truly enjoyable experience whenever I went in there. I can deal with just about anything but when employees are miserable and unfriendly, it encourages to me to write a review to warn people to stay away. This one gentleman was so Incredibly rude that he literally had a look of disgust and had zero interest in being there or helping me. I rarely have returns but ship out often for business. Sadly, even though this is the most convenient location for my shipping needs, I will not be going back. To the owner: replace your disgruntled employee(s) so your customers feel excited to come in knowing they'll be taken care of from people who actually are happy to be behind the counter. read more

We ship weekly with this location and it's crazy busy. Yet the guys are efficient, work hard and help me with large packages I can't lift. Maybe those seeking a hug should smile and way "Thank You"! BTW...During Christmas especially 2020...all shippers (UPS, FED-EX, DHL and USPS) were overwhelmed by lack of drivers and weather! Also UPS and Fed-Ex prioritize shipping the vaccines. read more

If you advertise passport application support and usual and customary practice is to carry passport application forms in the store your customers will expect passport application forms in the store If you "run out" i.e. someone dropped the proverbial ball as your employee claims it's not a big deal, just print out the form. I know it's really hard post pandemic to find good workers but I waited outside for almost 9 minutes for the store to open, a very sloppy employee that had there for lack of a better word butt crack showing! He Was very rude when there was an issue with the return instead of being helpful and trying to help walk me through it he was rude and basically said there was a line behind me and I would have to figure it out on my own, I did not appreciate that since he is the one who knows how this stuff works obviously he should've been the one to help. It's very discerning in this neighborhood to have someone so rude working on a customer service environment.... Disappointing to say the least read more
