Super unfriendly and arrogant woman working here. She did the most lazy job at applying a single piece of tape to my box. I really couldn't believe my experience. I just kept my mouth shut observed the poor customer service and wrote this review. I dropped off a package for FedEx and it took more than 24hours to be picked up and processed. FedEx needs to remove this location as an authorized location. It was a miserable experience. All shipping information is hand written by me on a piece of paper and poorly attached to the boxes. read more

Really unfriendly service, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the person helping me the whole time. The woman working here (Bridgette?) really shouldn't be dealing with customers. I only went here because they showed up as a place that picks up FedEx and it's near my home. I wish I read the reviews before I came. Definitely go elsewhere. read more

Mixed reviews on this place. If you want to get a package wrapped, be sure to ask HOW MUCH!! I had a package wrapped for a wedding thinking, well it will cost a bit more than buying the paper and ribbon. Did not ask how much...well for about an 18" square box cost me $35.00! I almost said unwrap it...their cost on paper and ribbon and maybe 10 minutes labor doesn't justify such an enormous price! Ridiculous in my opinion. read more

After reading reviews, I did hesitate to bring my shipping needs for my firm to this store. I have learned my lesson. The owner of this location is beyond rude. I use local UPS stores on many occasions. Having recently moved to DP, I did decide to give this local business my support. Not a good idea. While the owner did call the San Bernadino UPS location to rectify their mistake, she would not stop talking over me as I tried to explain the day and circumstance (the clerk had just had an error with wringing up another guest). The owner also place any and all blame on either myself or UPS. In totality, if you need basic mail services, this store is probably fine. However; do not utilize for anything of greater importance. read more

Efficient and prompt service. Notary always available as well as fax services (I mean who faxes anymore but sometimes required). Bridget is efficient which I think people misread. Great cards and gifts too! read more

If you want something shipped, don't go here. They could care less about your needs. I walked in and the person working there was sorting cards and said nothing as I waited to serviced..."just drop it in the bin" was finally the shout from the card sorter. Go someplace else. read more

3 stars because I have mixed feelings on this place. I came once and had a great experience with the gentleman working. He was kind and helpful so the next time I had to mail something I went out of my way to come here....a woman was working, she wasn't particularly nice, just kinda quick/short with me when I asked questions like "what's the cheapest option to mail something?" I brought a flat rate box with me obviously trying to save money and she charged me double what it normally costs at the post office...so I asked, "why is it so expensive?" She said, "oh if u want to save money you can just go to the post office" So that's what I did. read more

They have gorgeous gifts and stationary but OMG, the owner Bridget is so grumpy! She makes you feel like an intruder when you ask her to ring you up. For any type of copy/notary or mail/wrap services, go to any other place besides here. I love the convenience of this store and the people have always gone out of their way to be helpful. They also offer notary service (call to find out the times the owner is in), po boxes, and great quick grab/last-minute gifts and cards. For a small store the selection and inventory is impressive. read more

The owner of this shop is so rude. My daughter is dyslexic and published a book that she is donating a portion of the proceeds towards a scholarship fund for other dyslexic learners. I asked the owner if she was the cheapest shipping price around because I didn't want to cut into my daughters scholarship fund amount. She straight up lied and told me she was the cheapest. I mailed over 75 books out of her shop and then realized she was charging me double compared to the post office. I asked her to explain and she said "that is my price" and that was it. I will never go back into this store. Not only is she grumpy, but she robbed a 10 year old out of profits towards a dyslexic scholarship fund. Shame on her. Running a small local business with these morals and values is not very smart. Word travels fast around here. read more

The store is adorable but I would rather get a colonoscopy than deal with the Mail Room's customer service or rather lack thereof. The middle aged blonde female employee is beyond indifferent to customers. The Mail Room lost my package and she basically told me to screw off and plopped down in her chair. UPS SHOULD NOT use this location as a drop off point. I have complained and I hope they lose their UPS contract. read more

I can only review this location as a UPS access point but from my experience they were horrible!! I missed a package and it was rerouted here. It took me a few days to make my way down to retrieve my package. I brought in my delivery slip and presented it to a female employee at the counter. She barely looked at the slip and went to theback. Less than a minute later she said my package had been returned to sender!!! I then had 2 days of runaround on the phone with UPS. Turns out my package was in their back room the ENTIRE TIME! UPS had to pick it up from them and redeliver it to my address. The whole process was completely unnecessary and could have been resolved with 2 minutes of actual customer service instead of dismissive and rude service. read more

It's a great little store with really unique gifts and a truly wonderful staff to help you along the way. I was given incorrect information regarding how to send my packages via FedEx by the employee who works here. When I realized the errors the next day, I called to talk to the owner (Bridget). She was rude and condescending towards me, and blamed the problems on me instead of on her employees. I will NEVER EVER go here again. read more

This mail room lost my Fed Ex package. The lady was so beyond rude when calling and basically said "we have no control of things disappear" instead of being empathetic she didn't even try to look or try to help. read more

I go here all the time especially during the holidays! they have the best nick knacks and gifts you cant find anywhere. Definitely beats the lines at the post office and other customers don't give you death stares for cutting in line just to get a stamp. I swear everyone that goes to this store is sooo nice and so are the gift wrapping girls also love the marketplace in the center. I don't know why Laura had a bad experience I've dealt with Bridgette tons because I ship gifts internationally every year but you madam Laura F. cannot blame bridgitte or her employee for something you probably messed up on. read more

This is a great store. First of all, Bridgette the owner is a peach! She and her staff are always helpful and go out of their way to go the extra mile.
