Usually there is only one person behind the counter helping customers with 1-3 people hanging out in the back of the counter not helping. One male postal worker in particular (long shaggy brown hair-you know who you are) is unpleasant at best. Curt, unfriendly and unhelpful. Not all of the workers are this way but something needs to change-this location sucks. I wouldn't normally write a review of any kind-but after more than a few years of experiencing this poor service-I've had enough. I am currently writing this review in this post office... there are 24 people in line and only 1 person behind the counter. Its 4:22pm and this is inexcusable. A post office in Dana Point California means palm trees all around, a nice private parking lot with 12 spaces, a huge spotless lobby with plenty of counters to pack, repack and fill out forms, a great pets allowed policy allowing seniors to bring in their adorable puppies and the best employees including the stellar Desiree who was calm, quick, alert, thorough, polite and offered me all options (not just the most expensive ones) to mail the packages to New York.
