They caused the customers to get their money back for not truly receiving their items. I contacted FEDEX CS and got nowhere. I contacted the BBB and got no solution from them. It cost me over $700 and FEDEX never owned up to their mistake. BEWARE and do not ship expensive stuff with FEDEX because they never admit fault even if you buy insurance. This is the standard turnaround time and I did not pay extra for this. I got a 3'x6' banner and it was printed on a thick plastic type of paper. I input a custom design that I wanted and it turned out Really Nice! I picked up the order from the Cedar Rapids store because I live out of state and I didn't want it to get wrinkled in my suitcase.
