You want to support USPS but at times they make it so difficult. Constantly understaffed, no sense of urgency when there's a long line. Add insult to injury they don't even open the post office on time. They open at 9am, and it's now 9:20am and no one has opened the office yet. These are all known perceptions of the post office, but I just would love to see this turned around. If you're thinking of coming to this USPS, think again. After waiting over 20 minutes on hold for a live person to answer a question, to save me driving to every post office within 10 miles, I gave up and went to the Treat site. There was no one waiting for service. There was one surly Asian worker. I wanted fewer than a roll of 100 post card stamps. She was no help in where I might find them other than, "try another post office." Since I was the only one there, you'd think she could give more than one syllable answers and grunts, like maybe say, "only at the main branch," or" try the ___ branch." Customer service was sadly lacking from this individual and it didn't seem like anyone else was there. She should be getting paid for more than just sitting there. read more

The line here was very frustrating only one worker was behind the counter and he was very slow. You would have been beneficial if the post office had more efficient systems in place to manage customer flow and reduced wait time. To make matters worse the customer service probably by the staff was lacking. The employee I encountered did not exhibit a friendly or helpful demeanor period it was disheartening when you don't receive basic level of courtesy and assistance you expect from a service oriented establishment. I want to share my experience with Ebony at this post office location. I accidentally left my Chanel purse with money, cards, and my key fob inside the post office and didn't realize it until 2 days later. When I went back, the staff initially told me that they had no knowledge of my missing items and suggested I go to the main store in Concord to request camera footage from the manager. When I went to the main store, Ebony helped me and returned my belongings to me. I was so relieved and grateful that I gave her a big hug. Ebony is an incredibly honest and kind employee who deserves all the praise. She is truly an asset to the company! read more

One of the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The guy who works here must really hate his job. First off very slow service and very long wait time to just drop off mail. He refused take my mail and told me drop it down the hall and did not want to show me where the box to drop outgoing mail was. Definitely not be returning to this post office ever again. read more

The Casa Correa post office is closed. There is a sign on the door stating it is closed due to staffing shortages. No additional information. No information whether mail is being processed there, p.o. boxes are getting mail, etc. It certainly would be nice to have more information, especially for those that are paying for p.o. boxes. read more

I love the fact this is small office and in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Also it is near where I live. Always get great service. Yes, sometimes you have to wait in line, but that is true of any post office. I have found them to be pleasant. If you had a bad experience you may need to look at yourself for the reason. Start your encounter with a smile and good morning. That can go a long way for someone who has to deal with an unfriendly (sometimes) public all day. read more

All post offices are not created equal. This one is small, antiquated and rustic...and not in a good way. Worst part is there is always a long line, always a wait. The only saving grace seems to be that staff is generally friendly, helpful and polite. But man the wait is long and inconvenient. OK, there are certain places that you patronize and you sort of expect poor customer service, the DMV, and the Post Office are two places that come to mind. You know the establishments that clearly know you need them way more than they need you. So on this particular day that I had to go to the Post Office I was ready! I was in defense mode, and my mug was on mean. I was prepared for a long line and a stank attitude. Well, I was half right. I was about the 6th person in line and they had not even opened yet. The guy behind me was standing so close I could feel his breath on my neck, yuck! It was finally my turn and I was greeted by one of the friendliest postal workers I have ever encountered. He was helpful, and made pleasant small talk, and was just a genuine guy. He was also patient, I witnessed him having some difficulties with the customer ahead of me due to a language barrier, but he took his time and did his best to assist her. This is indeed a small post office. Trying to call them is pretty difficult and after a number of attempts of calling and then automatically going to a busy signal was discouraging. Although the staff is nice, I really don't think they have the staff to run the office efficiently. read more

This is the worst post office in the area. There's always a line. There's never pens to fill out the forms so when you actually get to the front of the line, you're pushed out of line to fill out your form. They need a self serve kiosk here. It would be so much faster. read more

If you allow people to fill out forms they messed up or pack items to be shipped, without making them stand in line again; I should not have to stand in line twice, when I forgot my ID in the car (in the parking lot outside) for picking up certified mail! Here's what I don't understand. I'm getting married and we took our wedding invitations to this post office to get weighed last week. We had two that we used as samples... and tried them on two different scales. One in the front lobby and one behind the counter. Both of the invitations came in as 1st class, 2 oz and required a $.64 stamp. Bought a few packages of stamps and headed home, and then returned with about 100 stamped invitations to send. The next day, about 8 of them are returned to us for insufficient postage. And yesterday, 4 more are returned. I don't get it. The invitations were all exactly the same. About 85 of them were delivered without any problems. Yet a few of them get returned. This absolutely makes no sense at all. My only guess is that this is the post office trying to get more money from people. They'd really like us to use $.84 stamp as extra postage even though the $.64 stamp apparently was sufficient for most all of the invitations. The post office sucks. This location on Treat Blvd is especially the worst. It is always crowded, the employees are rude, and their lines are incredibly slow. I couldn't imagine how painful it would be to deal with the USPS every day. I'd go crazy!! read more
