The lady that delivers my mail is constantly leaving packages on my porch in the rain. She doesn't even bother to ring my doorbell while delivering. I left a garbage bag out on my porch with a sign to have her place my packages in the bag so they don't get wet but still she didn't use it. This "Post Office" is a joke. The mail woman is a lazy pos. Every 3rd package that is shipped to me gets delayed after it gets there. Tracking will show BS excuse like "address inaccessible " or "no door code available" just freaking bs excuses for not wanting to drag her lazy behind to the delivery location. Any normal employer would fire people for this blatant dishonesty and laziness. Ridiculous! A pkg takes 3 days to cross the country and takes 3 more days from this office to my Mailbox less than 2 miles away. 1 star is too high a rating. read more

We just moved from Southern California to Concrete, and had some complications in our mail forwarding due to a 2-week gap from the time we left California until we arrive in Concrete, for both our family and our business. McKinley was very kind and helped me with everything! The double mail forwarding was quite confusing online, and he had me do it on paper, and made sure I did each part of it correctly. This post office is very unorganized and loses packages often. But more frustrating to me is the terrible service I receive almost every time I come in. They act like you are inconveniencing them by coming up to the counter and asking them to get your packages (you know, doing their JOB). I either get an attitude of total indifference that borders on rudeness, or a strange fake-nice passive-aggression that is totally uncalled for. These employees need to take a customer service training class, or maybe just get jobs that don't involve working with the public. read more

Something has changed at this post office and with its carriers over the last 15 months, and it's not good. Mail being delivered incredibly late, sometimes as late as 8 or 9 at night. Missing mail, mail delivered to the wrong houses, rude carriers. And none of this is just a one-off, it's been pretty much continual since November 2017. I've been getting mail and sending mail through this post office since 1973. The service we have now compared to what we have had for more than 40 years is abysmal and a disgrace. Today, I discovered my mailbox at the road was, once again, left open. According to the USPS informed delivery alerts I get by email, I should have had four pieces of mail in there, delivered yesterday. Where is that mail? One was a bill with sensitive information inside, one was a credit card offer. Was the mail stolen because the carrier again carelessly didn't make sure the box door was closed? Did the mail just not get delivered? Who knows? So incredibly unsatisfactory and frustrating. They are quickly turning into the worst and most poorly managed post office ever. read more

This post office is the worst. Every time I'm expecting a package, I either receive it late, in damaged condition, or not at all. My latest package was ripped open like someone had gotten into it and pieces looked like it had melted. The contents inside were tampered with. AND there were little stickers on the package that said "Were sorry that your article was damaged during processing". Umm... damaged is an understatement. I can't believe the condition my package was delivered in. Also the post lady just honks her horn if she is supposed to deliver a package to your door. She has never come up to our door once. She looks horribly misorganized, sometimes spending 15 minutes or so going through her vehicle, opening all 4 doors looking for the package she's delivering (and there are packages all over her vehicle, literally against the windows). So unprofessional. I've also gotten notes in my mail box saying I missed a package bc I wasnt home and they tried to deliever. BS. I'm a stay at home mom and I was home ALL day when I'm done expecting a package. Also, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Among other things. The younger gal with light brown highlights is very rude and treats people with no respect. Every time I've gone in there, I always recognize her because she is the only one who is rude for no reason whatsoever. She should be fired for her horrible customer service. read more

I received my mail today and I had a greeting card envelope mailed to my address with the proper postage, but it was opened and there was nothing in it! I called the post master at Concrete, WA to complain about my missing mail and about how I was always receiving other people's mail! She was a condescending moron who started telling me to write notes to the mail carriers about their mistakes, so they can correct them! She never once apologized for my missing mail or promised to look into the problem! She wanted me to correct the problem for her! Where the hell does our postal system get these Post Masters? Too many morons are working for our government and nobody cares! Fire this lady! She has no clue on how to be a Post Master! I could get a homeless person living under the interstate to do a better job! read more

The Concrete Post Office is unbelievably mismanaged & delusional. No problem is ever resolved. Here is only one of the things that happened to me... Due to my medical condition I rarely leave my house & I buy most of my products online. I ordered an expensive jigsaw puzzle. I happened to be sitting by my opened living room window. I heard someone talking so I looked out my window & saw my package high in the air coming over my fence! It landed with a crash on my lawn! Words can't describe how angry I t!ran outside & got my package. The box of my jigsaw puzzle was crushed & normally that wouldn't be a big deal but this expensive puzzle must be built around the box for stability. I called the post master & he spoke to me like I was lying to him! There is nothing I can do or say to show them the errors of their ways.
