One worker and no self service. Go to UPS instead unless you love waiting in line. Really poor customer experience.

FedEx has been the most reliable service we have used for transfering parcels for several years.

When Russell Hubert Miles began running a printing operation out of his Des Moines garage in 1912, he started a family legacy that lives on a century later. By 1930, he and his son Paul Wilson Miles, were printing labels and creating such specialty items as policy labels and business forms for insurance companies. To escape the harsh Iowa winters Paul Wilson Miles and Robert H. Miles moved the label printing company's operations and six of its employees to Tucson in 1962. Paul W. Miles joined the firm in 1966. Miles Label Co. set up shop in a downtown building near the corner of Flores Street and Stone Avenue and stayed there until 1985, when it moved to its current site in the Continental Ranch Business Park. Unreasonable Print Charges - Avoid This UPS Store…read more My experience here was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to warn others. I needed to print a single black and white return label (not Amazon-related), so I emailed it to the store. Normally, UPS stores charge somewhere between $0.15 and $0.75 for a standard black and white copy. But this location charged me $2.68--for one 8.5x11 sheet of plain paper, with maybe half the page actually used. I explained to the employee that this wasn't an Amazon return--it was for Babe Hair--but they told me it didn't matter. According to their "policy," any label printout, regardless of whether it's Amazon or not, is automatically charged at this inflated rate. Not even a sticky label--just regular paper. I've dealt with their Amazon upcharges before and now take all my Amazon returns to Whole Foods instead, which is completely free and much easier. I thought this would be different, but clearly not. This store seems to be looking for any excuse to upcharge customers. Bottom line: if you need to print something, especially a return label, don't go here expecting regular copy shop pricing. You'll get ripped off.

Went into the store early in the day and the two clerks said I needed to send it USPS. They said the pickup was at 11AM and would be overnight. Paid $60 for this delivery. Two days later I found out that the package was not delivered overnight as they said it would be. I went into to talk to the manager about what happened and she said that the USPS delivery is not guaranteed overnight and that I needed to take it up with the Post Office. I told her this was never communicated to me when I dropped off the package and I asked for a refund of the $60 she refused to consider it and told me to go to the Post Office and she was going to do anything. Great customer service. Go somewhere else.

I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

So easy , everyone is so friendly and definitely is beating everyone else in pricing!read more
