When I encountered an issue with his mail being forwarded to me here in Arizona, the staff was so helpful and offered me excellent assistance. Everyone has been so nice but Ilene was especially helpful each time. I consider myself fortunate to work with this post office. Out of the hundreds of post offices I've worked with around the world, this one has consistently been the best. My Dad never had any issues with his mail and I know of no other locations where everyone is consistently so pleasant to work with.
