There was no drop off location, line, or window. During COVID19 review: Masks are required for entry. All employees were masked. All patrons were masked. Social distance measure were in place. Patrons followed marked areas. Small office area felt tight for people to be standing around in a line. 2 employees working the front office. They were pleasant and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I was in and out of there with two customers in front of me. Nice location in the Valley Junction area. It's busy overall. And was even busy pre-pandemic when I would make a stop in the summer.
