They were both completely apathetic to helping me, despite telling them I am recovering from cancer and had put of going to the hospital until I get mine and my daughter's passport applications submitted there for the last 3 days in a row. The first day (Thursday) was at about 4:30 and we had been running around getting our things together to submit. The gentleman behind the counter refused to take our stuff because my daughter needed an appointment for a new passport application, apparently. We made an appointment at 2:45 the next day. The following day, we came in around 2:55, so yes I was late getting there, but the lady there refused to help us this time due to 3pm cut off (?) and told me I need a new app form, not a renewal if I lost my passport book. She instructed us to come back today, Saturday, between 9am and 1pm and it's walk in first come first serve. We came in at 12:30pm and were then told by the man it was only 9-12pm they took passports, but that the woman might help me. She did not, and she was flippant and disrespectful like she was enjoying screwing around with me. 3 days in a row and neither of them could be bothered to help me so I can go to the flipping hospital?! Like, really?!! I didn't come after hours, I followed their instructions, I was a few minutes late one day, but they could've easily taken my stuff with the slightest gaf about helping people in the job they are doing or the slightest bit of neighborly/community empathy. I wasn't coming in being rude or unpleasant in any way either, until today, when I asked for the # to complain because it is clear they a screwing around with me at this point. If she had told me 9-12, I'd have rearranged my schedule to get there during those hours. And also, what happens after 12pm, or 3pm weekdays, where they magically cannot do passports one minute past the hour? Or if it's going to run 1 min past the hour. The woman had a bit of dupers delight, or whatever her demeanor could not have been a clearer "F U" and she was just repeating herself, not listening to a word I said. This would never have happened in Whitman. Nevermind 3 days in.a.row.!! Don't bother with these jagoffs if you need any real service. Jackson Square PO is great.

A dollar may not be a lot for her but she doesn't know what everyone else could be going through. I was going to get her name but felt uncomfortable asking. Do not go here!!!!!

after a year of reviewing this location again in regard to their home postal delivery…read more i have called on several times to keep INFORMING the managers that ANSWERED AFTER SEVERAL TRIED CALLS AND RINGING AT LENGHT THAT We keep getting mail at my home with a variety of different names and businesses! even though the family name is on the mail box plus inside the mail box and several other areas... the carriers still place other names in the box i have placed tapped notes on the lid to make sure. i have set up several security cameras and i noticed that the carriers just look at the address and place it in the box! one regular delivery is when we have a constant carrier and the reason the post office gives is that the replaced carrier is the cause! not acceptable! i have had my own mail delivered to other neighbors too! and missing bills! i have requested that when they sort the mail at the ofice to place customers name visible for that address! this will cut down on mis deliveries! frustrating is mounting! train to look if the names match the address and requirements should have each address post their names on each box inside and out! the people i talk to are apologetic and concerned the carriers should be more observant! a hard job that needs our compassion but constantly getting wrong mail or not receiving expected mail needs to be addressed now! I firmly believe that the departure of Mario he was making great headway in keeping mail going to whom it belongs but who ever replaced him seems that person does not have it under control plus inside the Post Office still has many poor reviews! Let's make 2026 that this location rises to a more acceptable level and replace whom ever with making this location BETTER! Time for CHANGE!

However, what should have been a short weather-related delay turned into several additional days, resulting in extra hotel stays and other unexpected expenses. The representative at the UPS Store on Grove Street in Braintree went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to file a claim on our behalf and guided us through the entire process. Although the initial weather-related delay was considered an "Act of God" and wasn't covered, he recognized that the additional delays were not weather-related and should be reimbursed. Yesterday, we received a check because our claim was approved! Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but this UPS Store proved that it still exists. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, persistence, and genuine concern shown to us throughout the process. Thank you for turning a very frustrating situation into a positive experience.
