She has refused me service several times, anything from the…read morelabel on a box top needs to be in a corner, not the center, to refusing a package because I wouldn't tell her what it contains; neither does a customer need to, the clerk is supposed to verify only what's not in the box, liquids, lithium batteries, etc. Today when I asked for her supervisor she refused. So I go to North Weymouth PO where there's never a problem. A clerk that worked with her in Boston said she's always been a problem, that she's close to retirement and doesn't care, so customer service skills or PO policies don't interest her anymore.

after a year of reviewing this location again in regard to their home postal delivery…read more i have called on several times to keep INFORMING the managers that ANSWERED AFTER SEVERAL TRIED CALLS AND RINGING AT LENGHT THAT We keep getting mail at my home with a variety of different names and businesses! even though the family name is on the mail box plus inside the mail box and several other areas... the carriers still place other names in the box i have placed tapped notes on the lid to make sure. i have set up several security cameras and i noticed that the carriers just look at the address and place it in the box! one regular delivery is when we have a constant carrier and the reason the post office gives is that the replaced carrier is the cause! not acceptable! i have had my own mail delivered to other neighbors too! and missing bills! i have requested that when they sort the mail at the ofice to place customers name visible for that address! this will cut down on mis deliveries! frustrating is mounting! train to look if the names match the address and requirements should have each address post their names on each box inside and out! the people i talk to are apologetic and concerned the carriers should be more observant! a hard job that needs our compassion but constantly getting wrong mail or not receiving expected mail needs to be addressed now! I firmly believe that the departure of Mario he was making great headway in keeping mail going to whom it belongs but who ever replaced him seems that person does not have it under control plus inside the Post Office still has many poor reviews! Let's make 2026 that this location rises to a more acceptable level and replace whom ever with making this location BETTER! Time for CHANGE!

All I do is drop them off like I've been doing for the past 5 years. I have a small business here in Randolph. They won't give you a receipt it was dropped off which makes me very nervous as there are some shady people hanging out in this place. And..EVERY SINGLE time I have sent a package to them I get a note from Pirate Ship It was measured wrong and it weighed more than what I paid for. They were taking about $5.00-$15.00 out daily. I ship packages every single day between UPS and USPS I never EVER have to pay extra from the USPS only this store! I called Pirate ship and they refunded every single dime this store took from me. Be careful if you are doing your own shipping and leaving it there. I think it's pretty shady they're the only ones that say my packages are more than what I paid for and the boxes are not measured correctly. I have a USPS postal scale. They just recently cut back on staff though, so you're more than likely going to be in a huge line if you go during their closing hour on busy days. The will only have one person working the front. The staff is very informed all aspects of customs forms, what needs to be signed, paypal discounts, ebay, just dropping off prepaid packages and such. It's a very small post office for a very small town. Staff is very nice if you are nice to them and they don't ask a lot of private questions about your packages no matter how many years you've been going there. ::Steps away from computer to stuff human limbs with black tar heroin, and then stuffs into box:: ::wipes sweat from forehead:: Anyway. What was I saying? Ah yes, one of the only downsides besides funding cuts for staff is the postmaster being a little rude if you ever have to talk to him, almost like an old general living out his retirement in any branch of the government he could snap up. Where he can be in control; At night lighting up his cigar, drinking a glass of whiskey, while his one gay son is too scared to come out of the closet and his daughter still regrets that he didn't come to her wedding because her husband-to-be was Indian. During the day though the postmaster feels like he's stopping terrorists in their tracks with their anthrax packages and bombs. (I only had like a 2 second convo with the guy, all of this is false. He was a little stern though.) and second downside is the way they measure boxes. I ship the same sized box, one staff member always will ship it internationally for me, and the other one always won't. It's the way they measure the box, it's rectangular and won't fit the dimension max for girth going to say... Australia, but if you flip the box around and measure it the OTHER way then it will. So one worker understands this problem and will measure it the way that makes it work and bla bla bla the other doesn't. i DIGRESS THIS POST OFFICE IS A-OK.
