So the package that the postal center received never left with UPS and is still lost. They have done absolutely nothing to try and locate our package. They ignore our requests for help even though they were the only ones to touch our valuable package of gifts. Unsurprisingly Shaws scanned the labels in just fine with no issue, the lady clearly has no idea what she's talking about or maybe needs a new scanner that isn't broken. Additionally I couldn't help but notice peoples packages/drop offs filling the entire main lobby unsecured where people enter. Anyone could just walk in grab one and walk right out. If you need UPS or Fedex drop off just go across the street.

All I do is drop them off like I've been doing for the past 5 years. I have a small business here in Randolph. They won't give you a receipt it was dropped off which makes me very nervous as there are some shady people hanging out in this place. And..EVERY SINGLE time I have sent a package to them I get a note from Pirate Ship It was measured wrong and it weighed more than what I paid for. They were taking about $5.00-$15.00 out daily. I ship packages every single day between UPS and USPS I never EVER have to pay extra from the USPS only this store! I called Pirate ship and they refunded every single dime this store took from me. Be careful if you are doing your own shipping and leaving it there. I think it's pretty shady they're the only ones that say my packages are more than what I paid for and the boxes are not measured correctly. I have a USPS postal scale. I tape measure every single box! It's maddening as it's the only place around me that takes packages and I have to drop them off here. Pirate ship is well aware of the situation now. It was Easter Sunday and my elderly mother's water pump to her well failed. I gave her a list of…read morebusinesses and told her to call me after getting quotes. This business was not at the top of the list as I knew them to be on the higher end of the price point, but were a reputable business. This was the first company she called and they came right out. They explained to my freeloading unemployed adult brother that lives there that if they came out the work would be completed as it was on an emergency basis. They were pretty straightforward and they agreed they would complete the work (once the pump is pulled it needs to be replaced immediately to restore water). The total was up around 3700 and my mom had given them a credit card to complete the work. My husband contacted the business as this was a large expense for her being on a fixed income with no financial help in her household, and they agreed to give her a senior citizen discount of 10% and they completed the transaction on her card. They also explained that it would have to be flushed for a while until water was clear before water went through fixtures (there's a lot of sediment). Well, they could've stayed and done this for her but would've charged by the hour and so they explained to my brother how to do it and he agreed he would be capable of this. Thankfully, he's unemployed and has lots of time on his hands and should have been capable to do this for her. Unfortunately, the water was turned on before the flush was completed as discussed and sediment was introduced to the fixtures, causing low water pressure. My brother had called the company complaining of the low water pressure and Paul was happy to come out to troubleshoot. It was at that time Paul reiterated that the flush had to be completed and the aerators were clogged from sediment by failing to do so. Paul had actually offered to flush it himself and clean the aerator, but he was not permitted entry. Based off their diagnostics she also needs a new tank. She was given a quote with 10% and Paul also said that she can work out a payment plan if unable to pay at once. Overall they are a little on the high end but are responsive to emergency calls, helpful and overall an honest company to work with.

Just got back from trying again and yet again all appointments were cancelled. This has been going on for almost a month now. Basically any activity involving Passports or TSA or TWIC are not actively supported at this location and clearly no one is concerned about getting the facility up to speed. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for this particular service.
