WHEN THE REGULAR STAFF IS THERE THIS LOCATION IS GREAT. Christy couldn't be any nicer. She goes…read moreabove and beyond. Her willingness to help is wonderfully over the top. Our entire family have had pleasant experiences there and many are because of Christy. Now Chris, is also very nice and helpful. He always has a smile and an answer to most everything. Often times he has an answer but someone from the back has to come up and formally answer it. I'm assuming it's maybe a union issue? Idk. Chris is generous with his time in getting us the help we need and a pleasure to speak with. We don't get to see him much anymore unfortunately as he works in the back a lot. We will forever miss Rob. He had worked for USPS for 30 years or so and retired as of late. I hope he is well. He truly had all of the USPS answers, even the most obscure, probably second only to Jesus. Lol. He was always so positive and complimented us often on the decorative boxes we would ship. When I had made a couple errors I didn't notice (like leaving a zip code or a city name missing) he was quick to politely point them out and help me correct. You would think errors like that wouldn't occur but if you have ever spent 17 hours into painting and coloring a box, it can and did. But a couple times out of 25 years is good odds I guess. One of the original staff members many years ago, Evelyn, was very kind as well. She was always very complimentary on packages saying things like "your customers must love you" and marveled at box's details I created for my nieces/nephews . NOW, SUBSTITUTE STAFF, not listed above, couldn't be more opposite. There have been times I was literally sent away telling me to come back the next day for someone else (that knows how) to do it. That was a worker from Florence who was filling in, rather rudely I believe. Some other SUBSTITUTE STAFF made it a mission to semi-destroy decorative packages I had hand painted/made for young nieces/nephew. I go to great lengths to paint and color the solid white boxes I pay extra for, always leaving a space for a label, only for the sub staff to seemingly go out of the way to ignore the giant blank white area to slap labels over the hours long art work. That incident was awhile back and again, not with regular staff. I have more examples but this has probably been TLDR (too long didn't read) as it is. If I had to choose to worst substitute staff it was those I encountered when all of the regulars were all out sick with Covid at the same time. Those that filled in were so disappointing and either unkind or emotionless. But, I don't have their names. I figured it was Covid, and nobody wanted to be anywhere. The only thing I worried about was the health and welfare of the regular staff given the area is so small and too many customers pile into the small area. I always stand outside the door when there are even a few in the closed off area. I am literally the only one that does that. The general public have had to get involved in some issues just to get a positive response for the workers. From what the general public gathered or assumed, The workers complaints were seemingly often ignored. (One example...Like when the ac was out for a couple of months and it was literally 100+ degrees in there. That is the very definition of an unsafe environment) I know it's small but I do hope this place never closes, at least while regular staff are still there.

Extremely rude front desk postal worker. Every single time. She continues to throw people's…read morepackages, rolling her eyes, won't answer the simplest question without angrily sighing. I finally had to take my business to another city.
